【摘要】：文章分析高職高專院�，F(xiàn)行學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式,研究學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式創(chuàng)新。認(rèn)為現(xiàn)行學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式發(fā)揮了積極作用,但其潛在不足在新形勢(shì)下日益顯現(xiàn)。創(chuàng)新學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式具有理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。創(chuàng)新學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式,應(yīng)當(dāng)遵循合法性、繼承性、量化性、效能性第四項(xiàng)原則,達(dá)到條件、覆蓋面、學(xué)科專業(yè)、人才培養(yǎng)工作目標(biāo)、構(gòu)建地、"兩學(xué)一做"六個(gè)要求,把握構(gòu)建地這個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),形成以專業(yè)為平臺(tái)的學(xué)生黨支部構(gòu)建模式這個(gè)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。運(yùn)行新的構(gòu)建模式,按院(系)構(gòu)建,把學(xué)生黨支部建在專業(yè)上,把黨小組、黨的知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)小組建在班級(jí)上,形成科學(xué)的內(nèi)部組織體系,有利于加強(qiáng)學(xué)生黨建工作,提高學(xué)生黨支部建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平,提高人才培養(yǎng)工作水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)工作目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current student party branch construction model in higher vocational colleges and studies the innovation of student party branch construction model. The author thinks that the construction mode of the current student Party branch has played a positive role, but its potential deficiency is becoming more and more obvious under the new situation. It is of theoretical and practical significance to innovate the construction mode of student Party branch. In order to innovate the construction mode of the Party branch of students, we should follow the fourth principle of legality, inheritance, quantification and efficiency, and meet the six requirements of conditions, coverage, discipline and specialty, the target of personnel training, the place of construction, and "two schools and one job". Grasp the key point of construction, and form the innovative model of student party branch building model based on professional platform. Run the new construction model, build according to the college (department), set up the student party branch in the specialty, build the party small group and the party knowledge study group on the class, form the scientific internal organization system, benefit to strengthen the student party building work. To improve the scientific level of student Party branch building, to improve the level of talent training, and to achieve the goal of talent training.
