【摘要】：新媒體的發(fā)展豐富了黨聯(lián)系群眾、凝聚群眾的渠道、開辟了提升黨的形象的新途徑、有助提高黨的執(zhí)行力和執(zhí)政績效.新媒體環(huán)境也使黨的執(zhí)政公信力建設(shè)面臨不良信息的傳播、各種思想泛濫、負(fù)面新聞的報道以及對新媒體回應(yīng)不足等問題,這些問題影響了黨的執(zhí)政公信力的提升。在新媒體環(huán)境下尋求提升黨的執(zhí)政公信力的對策在于網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下聯(lián)動,即網(wǎng)下加強意識形態(tài)建設(shè)、規(guī)范公共權(quán)力、提高執(zhí)政績效和干部隊伍素質(zhì),網(wǎng)上強化意識形態(tài)宣傳、公開權(quán)力運行、展示執(zhí)政成績、塑造良好的干部隊伍形象。
[Abstract]:The development of new media enriches the channels for the Party to connect with the masses, agglomerates the masses, opens up a new way to enhance the Party's image, and helps to improve the Party's executive power and ruling performance. The new media environment also makes the construction of the Party's ruling credibility facing the dissemination of bad information, various ideas, negative news reports and inadequate responses to new media. These problems affect the Party's governance credibility. The countermeasures to improve the Party's ruling credibility under the new media environment lie in the online and offline linkage, that is, strengthening the construction of ideology, standardizing the public power, improving the ruling performance and the quality of the cadre team, and strengthening the ideological propaganda on the net. Open the operation of power, show the achievements of the ruling, and shape a good image of the contingent of cadres.
