【摘要】：中共二大在反復強調中共一大所確立的黨的根本性質和最高理想的基礎上,按照實事求是和理論聯(lián)系實際的原則,根據(jù)中國具體國情,制定了黨的反帝反封建的民主革命綱領;大會產生了以民主集中制原則、嚴密的組織體系和"似鐵的紀律"為主要特征的中共第一部黨章及其補充文件;大會要求把黨組成一個"大的群眾黨",深入到廣大的群眾里面,去領導和團結"各革新黨派"和各界人民群眾奮斗。這些基本內容,既是黨內政治生活基本規(guī)范的最初形態(tài),也是嚴肅黨內政治生活所必須堅持的黨的思想路線、政治路線、組織路線和群眾路線的最初體現(xiàn),標志著中共黨內政治生活基本規(guī)范和根本原則的初步形成。
[Abstract]:On the basis of emphasizing repeatedly the fundamental nature and the highest ideal of the Party established by the first CPC National Congress, the second Congress of the Communist Party of China formulated the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal democratic revolutionary program according to the principles of seeking truth from facts and linking theory with practice and according to the specific conditions of China. The Congress produced the first Party Constitution and its supplementary documents characterized by the principle of democratic centralism, the strict organizational system and the "iron-like discipline". The Congress demanded that the Party be formed into a "large mass party," go deep into the broad masses, and lead and unite the "revolutionary parties" and the people of all walks of life in their struggle. These basic contents are not only the initial form of the basic norms of inner-party political life, but also the initial embodiment of the Party's ideological line, political line, organizational line and mass line, which must be adhered to in serious inner-party political life. It marks the initial formation of the basic norms and fundamental principles of the party's political life.
