【摘要】：正職務(wù)晉升是干部成長的動力、奮斗的目標、前進的方向。年輕干部學歷高、理論水平高、工作熱情高、成長進步愿望高,渴望獲得破格提拔的機會。那么,年輕干部如何贏得破格提拔的機會呢?一要學以先人,贏在"備"上。俗話說,手中有糧,心中不慌。知識、學識就是干部手中的糧食、戰(zhàn)時的武器。機會永遠垂青那些有準備的人。寧可備而不用,決不能用而不備。當今的時代是知識競爭的時代,年輕干部要想在激烈的競爭中
[Abstract]:Promotion is the driving force of cadre growth, the goal of struggle, and the direction of progress. Young cadres with high academic background, high theoretical level, high work enthusiasm, high desire for growth and progress, eager to get the opportunity to be promoted. So, how can young cadres win the chance of being promoted? First, we should learn from our forebears and win in preparation. As the saying goes, there is grain in your hands, but you don't panic in your heart. Knowledge and knowledge are the grain in the hands of cadres and the weapons of war.
