【摘要】：和平與發(fā)展是當(dāng)今時(shí)代主題,發(fā)展是人類進(jìn)步的階梯,人類社會(huì)不論到什么時(shí)候都離不開發(fā)展,發(fā)展永無止境。從馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家對(duì)發(fā)展觀的闡述到毛澤東鄧小平等中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)發(fā)展觀的繼承和發(fā)展,發(fā)展觀的內(nèi)容不斷豐富和發(fā)展,逐漸形成了一脈相承又與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的發(fā)展理論和思想體系。中國共產(chǎn)黨歷來重視發(fā)展問題的解決,建國以來,尤其是改革開放以來,中國共產(chǎn)黨人帶領(lǐng)全國各族人民對(duì)發(fā)展問題進(jìn)行了無數(shù)艱辛的探索,形成了具有中國特色的中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀。本文主要圍繞著“歷史背景、“理論基礎(chǔ)”、“發(fā)展觀內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)”、“當(dāng)代價(jià)值”的思路來探究改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀。首先是從改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀提出的歷史背景等著手,探尋發(fā)展觀提出的時(shí)代背景和國際發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。其次是闡述改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀的理論基礎(chǔ),探究發(fā)展觀的理論淵源。接著縱觀黨的發(fā)展思想的演變脈絡(luò),闡述改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的發(fā)展思想內(nèi)容,探索性地提煉出改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀的主要內(nèi)容。最后闡明改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。本文共八個(gè)部分,除了緒論、結(jié)語、參考文獻(xiàn)、附錄外,正文共四章。緒論部分主要介紹本文的一個(gè)構(gòu)思和框架。包括選題背景和意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究思路和重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn),研究方法和研究創(chuàng)新之處等,對(duì)本文的選題,寫作思路,文獻(xiàn)檢索等做了簡要概括。第一章主要闡述了改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀提出的歷史背景,主要從三個(gè)方面做簡要概述,即和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代主題,科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化。表達(dá)了求和平,謀發(fā)展是世界不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)代潮流,我國重視發(fā)展是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物,同時(shí)也表達(dá)了人民的心聲。第二章回顧馬克思、恩格斯、列寧、毛澤東等馬克思主義者的發(fā)展思想,探尋改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展思想的理論基礎(chǔ)。主要闡述了關(guān)于發(fā)展規(guī)律、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、發(fā)展動(dòng)力、發(fā)展方法等發(fā)展思想和發(fā)展理論,為下文寫作奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章概括性地闡述了改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀的主要內(nèi)容及特征。以解放和發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力為主線,闡述了“以發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力為根本任務(wù),以改革開放為發(fā)展動(dòng)力,以統(tǒng)籌兼顧為根本方法,以改善民生為價(jià)值追求,以共同富裕為最終目的”的發(fā)展思想”。第四章提煉了改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨發(fā)展觀的當(dāng)代價(jià)值。豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義的發(fā)展觀,為中國特色社會(huì)主義的實(shí)踐發(fā)展提供了行動(dòng)指南,為發(fā)展中國家走向現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展道路提供了有益借鑒。理論是時(shí)代的先導(dǎo),中國共產(chǎn)黨以科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),帶領(lǐng)全國各族人民取得了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的偉大成就。在新時(shí)期,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央在中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆五中全會(huì)指出,“實(shí)現(xiàn)‘十三五’時(shí)期發(fā)展目標(biāo),破解發(fā)展難題,厚植發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì),必須牢固樹立并切實(shí)貫徹五大發(fā)展新理念”。(1)這表明我國對(duì)發(fā)展問題的變革又上了一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階,本文在此背景下研究改革開放以來中國共產(chǎn)黨的發(fā)展觀,有利于為我國當(dāng)前和今后的發(fā)展提供豐富的理論指導(dǎo)和堅(jiān)定的發(fā)展方向。
