【摘要】：西柏坡時(shí)期是中國(guó)新民主主義革命向新民主主義社會(huì)的歷史轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期,也是當(dāng)代中國(guó)政黨制度的奠基階段。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在籌備新政協(xié)、建立新中國(guó)的過程中,堅(jiān)持人民民主專政理論,繼承和發(fā)展了統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線思想,把黨對(duì)統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制度化、系統(tǒng)化和統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作的規(guī)范化、組織化,基本上形成了多黨合作、政治協(xié)商的國(guó)家政黨制度,這是馬克思主義中國(guó)化的一項(xiàng)制度性成果,中共自此開啟了從革命黨向執(zhí)政黨的轉(zhuǎn)變歷程;它不僅規(guī)范了政黨關(guān)系,為建立新中國(guó)奠定了合法性基礎(chǔ),還為新中國(guó)各項(xiàng)建設(shè)事業(yè)的恢復(fù)和發(fā)展準(zhǔn)備了人才隊(duì)伍,推動(dòng)了中國(guó)從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代的轉(zhuǎn)型和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Xibaipo period is the historical turning period from the Chinese new democratic revolution to the new democratic society, and also the foundation stage of the contemporary Chinese party system. In the process of preparing for the new CPPCC and establishing new China, the Communist Party of China has adhered to the theory of the people's democratic dictatorship, inherited and developed the thought of the United front, institutionalized the party's leadership over the United front, systematized and standardized and organized the work of the United front. The national political party system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation was basically formed, which is a systematic achievement of Marxism in China. Since then, the Communist Party of China has begun the course of transformation from the revolutionary party to the ruling party. It not only standardizes the relations of political parties, lays the foundation of legitimacy for the establishment of new China, but also prepares the contingent of talents for the restoration and development of various construction undertakings in the new China, and promotes the transformation and development of China from traditional to modern.
