【摘要】：三三制是中共提出的新民主模式,旨在擴大民主參與、促進社會團結(jié),它是在陜甘寧邊區(qū)基層民主實踐的基礎(chǔ)上形成的,吸納更多的黨外民主人士參政議政,擴大了抗日政權(quán)的代表性,而在其具體實踐中,傳統(tǒng)社會文化與現(xiàn)代民主制度,黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的"放手"與"包辦",無時無刻不潛存著種種張力�；貧w三三制民主的歷史實踐,能更好地認識這一民主模式。
[Abstract]:The "three" system is a new democratic model put forward by the Communist Party of China, aimed at expanding democratic participation and promoting social unity. It was formed on the basis of the practice of democracy at the grass-roots level in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, absorbing more non-party Democrats to participate in government affairs and discuss government affairs. It has expanded the representativeness of the anti-Japanese regime, but in its concrete practice, the traditional social culture and the modern democratic system, the "letting go" and "the arrangement" under the leadership of the Party, have all kinds of tension all the time. Return to the historical practice of three-system democracy, can better understand this democratic model.
