【摘要】：社區(qū)、社會(huì)組織、社會(huì)工作的"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"是我國(guó)社區(qū)治理機(jī)制的創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)前,"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"面臨著政社關(guān)系沒(méi)有理順、聯(lián)動(dòng)工作體系不健全、居民參與不足等問(wèn)題。實(shí)踐證明,社區(qū)聯(lián)合黨建對(duì)破解"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"治理機(jī)制的瓶頸具有重要意義。聯(lián)合黨建與"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"科學(xué)對(duì)接的社區(qū)治理復(fù)合制結(jié)構(gòu),有助于形成新型政社關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政與服務(wù)功能,有利于社會(huì)資源的整合與優(yōu)化配置,促進(jìn)公民社會(huì)的建設(shè)與公共理性的培育。
[Abstract]:The linkage of community, social organization and social work is the innovation of community governance mechanism in China. At present, the relationship between the three societies is not straightened out, the working system is not perfect, and the residents' participation is insufficient. The practice has proved that the community United party building is of great significance to solve the bottleneck of the governance mechanism of the "three-society linkage". The compound structure of community governance based on the scientific connection between the United party building and the "three societies" helps to form a new political and social relationship, strengthen the party's governing and service functions, and facilitate the integration and optimal allocation of social resources. To promote the construction of civil society and the cultivation of public rationality.
