【摘要】：對(duì)于國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化來說,馬克思廉政觀具有重要的意義和啟示。廉政得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要政治基礎(chǔ)就是社會(huì)主義制度要根據(jù)社會(huì)主義憲法法律,對(duì)國(guó)家進(jìn)行治理,對(duì)腐敗進(jìn)行根治。而廉政建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵,在于打造廉潔為民、厲行節(jié)儉的政府。
[Abstract]:For the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, Marx's concept of clean government has important significance and enlightenment. The important political basis for the realization of a clean government is that the socialist system should govern the country and root out corruption according to the laws of the socialist constitution. The key to building a clean government is to build a government that is clean and thrifty.
