【摘要】：長征途中,黨和紅軍大部分時(shí)間是在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)度過,由于特殊的歷史環(huán)境和歷史任務(wù),黨對(duì)少數(shù)民族思想政治工作重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)有了質(zhì)的飛躍。我們黨通過一系列扎實(shí)有效的思想政治工作,向少數(shù)民族群眾宣傳了民族平等、尊重少民族宗教信仰和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣的民族政策,團(tuán)結(jié)了少數(shù)民族群眾的同時(shí)還注重爭取少數(shù)民族上層人士;并以自身的模范行為踐行黨的民族政策,切實(shí)保護(hù)少數(shù)民族群眾利益,感化少數(shù)民族群眾;還有一大批少數(shù)民族干部在長征中成長起來。這一系列的工作不但得到了少數(shù)民族人民的支持和擁護(hù),使長征得以勝利實(shí)現(xiàn),而且在民族地區(qū)傳播了革命的真理,有力的推動(dòng)了中國革命運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展。黨在長征中將馬克思民族理論同少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,對(duì)黨的思想政治工作內(nèi)容體系進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,為黨后來的少數(shù)民族思想政治工作理論的形成奠定了基礎(chǔ)。借鑒黨在長征時(shí)期的少數(shù)民族思想政治工作及其豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合新時(shí)期、新形勢(shì)下民族地區(qū)自身發(fā)展的特點(diǎn),得出做好新階段少數(shù)民族思想政治工作的四點(diǎn)現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用,即要堅(jiān)持長征時(shí)期尊重少數(shù)民族群眾利益需求的原則;要建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的少數(shù)民族干部隊(duì)伍;增強(qiáng)少數(shù)民族思想政治工作的針對(duì)性;發(fā)揚(yáng)長征時(shí)期少數(shù)民族思想政治工作的創(chuàng)新精神。
[Abstract]:During the long March, the Party and the Red Army spent most of their time in minority areas. Due to the special historical environment and historical tasks, the Party's understanding of the importance of minority ideological and political work has made a qualitative leap forward. Through a series of solid and effective ideological and political work, our party has propagated to the masses of ethnic minorities an ethnic policy of equality and respect for the religious beliefs and customs of less ethnic groups. At the same time, it unites the minority people and pays attention to the upper class of ethnic minorities, and carries out the Party's national policy with its own exemplary behavior, effectively protects the interests of the minority people, and influences the minority people. A large number of ethnic minority cadres grew up during the long March. This series of work not only won the support and support of the ethnic minority people, so that the long March can be successfully realized, but also spread the truth of the revolution in ethnic areas, and promoted the development of the Chinese revolutionary movement. In the long March, the Party combined the Marxist national theory with the actual situation in the minority areas, and innovated and developed the content system of the party's ideological and political work, which laid a foundation for the formation of the party's later theory of minority nationality ideological and political work. Drawing lessons from the Party's ideological and political work in the long March period and its rich experience, and combining with the characteristics of the development of the minority areas in the new period and under the new situation, four practical applications of doing a good job in the ideological and political work of ethnic minorities in the new stage are obtained. It is necessary to adhere to the principle of respecting the interests and needs of the minority people during the long March, to build a contingent of high-quality minority cadres, to strengthen the pertinence of the ideological and political work of ethnic minorities; Carry forward the innovative spirit of the ideological and political work of ethnic minorities during the long March.
