【摘要】：正在機(jī)關(guān)工作的干部有著各種各樣的思想、經(jīng)歷、矛盾和沖突,他們既有積極正面的一面,也難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)工作冷漠、對(duì)生活和職業(yè)厭煩等負(fù)面情緒,隨之出現(xiàn)郁悶消極的心理。更值得注意的是,這種負(fù)面情緒還有可能逐漸從個(gè)人心理彌散成群體心理,進(jìn)一步發(fā)展為職業(yè)倦怠,并最終成為制度性問題。一、心理郁悶的產(chǎn)生原因機(jī)關(guān)干部履行崗位職責(zé),需要不斷付出自己的知
