【摘要】：文章旨在研究社會(huì)文化因素對(duì)腐敗程度的影響,以赫斯特德(Husted)和格拉埃夫(Graeff)的觀點(diǎn)為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析了文化和社會(huì)資本與腐敗之間的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果顯示,普遍信任(表現(xiàn)為連接性社會(huì)資本和橋接性社會(huì)資本)是一種積極的社會(huì)資本,與腐敗程度呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。與之相對(duì),特殊信任(表現(xiàn)為粘合性社會(huì)資本)是一種消極的社會(huì)資本,與腐敗程度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。此外,有些文化認(rèn)為成員間彼此依賴(lài)合情合理,并為形成關(guān)系密切的特殊群體(與權(quán)力距離大、崇尚群體主義有關(guān))提供有利環(huán)境,這種文化為產(chǎn)生違背道德準(zhǔn)則的尋租行為提供了溫床。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of sociocultural factors on the degree of corruption and to analyze the relationship between cultural and social capital and corruption from the viewpoint of (Husted) and (Graeff). The results show that universal trust (expressed as connecting social capital and bridging social capital) is a kind of positive social capital, which is negatively related to the degree of corruption. On the other hand, special trust (expressed as cohesive social capital) is a negative social capital, which is positively correlated with the degree of corruption. In addition, some cultures believe that it is reasonable to rely on each other among members and to provide an enabling environment for the formation of special groups (related to the distance of power and collectivism) that are closely related to each other, This culture provides a breeding ground for rent-seeking behaviors that violate moral norms.
