【摘要】：馬克思主義認(rèn)為,人民是歷史的創(chuàng)造者,歷史活動是群眾的事業(yè)。代表和實現(xiàn)廣大人民群眾的根本利益,是馬克思主義的題中之義,也是無產(chǎn)階級政黨的重大使命和歷史責(zé)任。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為核心的黨中央堅持歷史唯物主義的基本原理,站在人民群眾的立場和角度,在治國理政的實踐中,結(jié)合時代的主題,繼承和發(fā)展了毛澤東的人民群眾觀。習(xí)近平人民群眾觀與毛澤東人民群眾觀,在理論依據(jù)、價值取向等方面具有高度的一致性。習(xí)近平對毛澤東人民群眾觀的繼承方面,習(xí)近平從強調(diào)必須堅持全心全意為群眾服務(wù)的根本宗旨、強調(diào)必須堅持以實干的精神為人民群眾謀幸福、強調(diào)必須堅持推進(jìn)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)密切與人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系、強調(diào)必須堅持調(diào)查研究的工作方法和工作作風(fēng)等方面繼承了毛澤東的人民群眾觀;習(xí)近平對毛澤東人民群眾觀的發(fā)展方面,習(xí)近平強調(diào)堅持依靠法治,推進(jìn)黨群關(guān)系的建設(shè)、倡導(dǎo)踐行網(wǎng)絡(luò)群眾路線、堅持全面深化改革、緊緊抓住“中國夢”,為中國的發(fā)展凝聚力量等方面,豐富和發(fā)展了毛澤東的人民群眾觀。習(xí)近平人民群眾觀對于我們黨在新的歷史時期,代表和實現(xiàn)廣大人民群眾的根本利益,讓廣大人民群眾共享改革發(fā)展的成果,具有重大現(xiàn)實意義。本文主要分為五個部分:第一部分,主要論述文章的選題背景和研究意義,研究現(xiàn)狀,所采用的研究方法,研究的重點、難點和創(chuàng)新點,簡要闡明人民群眾觀的基本內(nèi)容,從總體上揭示習(xí)近平對毛澤東人民群眾觀的繼承與發(fā)展研究,是順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的需要,是歷史的必然;第二部分,本文結(jié)合我們黨的歷史進(jìn)程,通過文獻(xiàn)研究、歷史分析等方法,簡要說明毛澤東人民群眾觀的來源、歷史演進(jìn)過程和基本內(nèi)容;第三部分,主要論述了習(xí)近平人民群眾觀的影響因素、演進(jìn)過程,著重說明習(xí)近平人民群眾觀形成的主要內(nèi)容;第四部分和第五部分,通過對毛澤東與習(xí)近平兩位不同時代黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人人民群眾觀形成的理論背景、演進(jìn)歷程和主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行梳理、總結(jié)和歸納,從而得出習(xí)近平對毛澤東人民群眾觀的繼承與發(fā)展的主要方面。通過這五個章節(jié)的論述,使人民群眾觀呈現(xiàn)出清晰的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò),從而揭示黨的人民群眾現(xiàn)理論形成、發(fā)展的規(guī)律和啟示。
[Abstract]:Marxism believes that the people are the creator of history, historical activities are the cause of the masses. To represent and realize the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people is the meaning of Marxism, and is also the major mission and historical responsibility of the proletarian party. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Party Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as the core, has adhered to the basic principles of historical materialism, stood on the stand and angle of the masses of the people, and combined the theme of the times in the practice of governing the country and managing government. Inherited and developed Mao Zedong's view of the masses. Xi Jinping's view of the masses is highly consistent with Mao Zedong's in terms of theoretical basis and value orientation. As for Xi Jinping's inheritance of Mao Zedong's view of the masses, Xi Jinping has stressed the need to uphold the fundamental aim of serving the masses wholeheartedly and to work hard for the well-being of the people. It is emphasized that we must persist in promoting the building of a clean and honest party style closely related to the flesh and blood of the masses of the people, and that we must persist in the investigation and study of the working methods and work style, and so on, and have inherited Mao Zedong's view of the masses. With regard to the development of Mao Zedong's view of the masses, Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of relying on the rule of law, promoting the building of party-mass relations, advocating the practice of the mass line on the Internet, deepening the reform in an all-round way, and holding fast to "Chinese Dream," For the development of China condensed strength, enriched and developed Mao Zedong's view of the masses. Xi Jinping's view on the masses of the people is of great practical significance for our party to represent and realize the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people in the new historical period and to let the masses of the people share the fruits of reform and development. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research, the research status, the research methods adopted, the key points, difficulties and innovations, and briefly expounds the basic content of the people's view of the masses. As a whole, it reveals that Xi Jinping's research on the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's view of the masses is in accordance with the needs of the development of the times and the necessity of history. Historical analysis and other methods briefly explain the origin, historical evolution process and basic content of Mao Zedong's view of the masses. The third part mainly discusses the influencing factors and evolution process of Xi Jinping's view on the masses of the people. The fourth and fifth parts mainly explain the main contents of the formation of Xi Jinping's view on the masses of the people, and the theoretical background of the formation of the view of the masses of the Party leaders of Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping at different times, The evolution process and main contents are combed, summarized and summarized, and the main aspects of Xi Jinping's inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's view of the masses are obtained. Through the discussion of these five chapters, the concept of the masses of the people presents a clear historical development thread, thus revealing the formation, development law and enlightenment of the Party's theory of the masses of the people.
