土地革命時期紅軍政工制度的變遷

【摘要】：土地革命戰(zhàn)爭時期,中共領導的革命軍隊一直實行雙首長制。指導員、黨代表與政治委員,名稱雖不同,實質都一樣。由于外部環(huán)境的不同,每一階段的政工人員與軍事長官對紅軍事務進行決策的權限亦不同。政工人員在紅軍中的職權經歷了一個從依附軍事長官,到與軍事長官平等,再到超越軍事長官的過程。紅軍政工制度不僅避免了軍隊中的"一人化"領導,防止了紅軍的"軍閥化",而且加強了黨對軍隊的控制,降低了軍隊叛變的幾率。
[Abstract]:During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the revolutionary army led by the Communist Party of China had been under the dual head system. Instructors, party representatives and political committee members, although the name is different, the essence of the same. Due to the difference of external environment, political workers and military officers in each stage have different powers to make decisions on Red Army affairs. The power of political workers in the Red Army has gone through a process of attachment to military officers, to equality with them, to surpassing them. The system of political work in the Red Army has not only avoided the "one-man" leadership in the army, prevented the "warlordism" of the Red Army, but also strengthened the Party's control over the army and reduced the probability of the army's defection.
