【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記根據(jù)黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)依然嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜的形勢(shì),對(duì)巡視工作進(jìn)行了重大調(diào)整,進(jìn)一步提升了巡視工作在黨的建設(shè)特別是黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)和反腐敗斗爭(zhēng)中的重要地位。習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于巡視工作的重要論述包括:巡視作為黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督的戰(zhàn)略性制度安排,不是權(quán)宜之計(jì),要用好巡視這把反腐"利劍";巡視工作要把發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,形成震懾作為重點(diǎn),當(dāng)好中央的"千里眼",找出"老虎"、"蒼蠅";巡視發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題線索,要分類(lèi)處置,做到件件有著落,確保巡視成果落到實(shí)處;要適應(yīng)形勢(shì)發(fā)展,推動(dòng)巡視內(nèi)容、方式方法、制度建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新,形成更大震懾力。這些重要論述,集中反映了習(xí)近平總書(shū)記關(guān)于巡視工作的總體思路和基本要求,是推動(dòng)巡視工作不斷取得重大成效的思想武器和行動(dòng)指南。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping has made major adjustments to the inspection work in the light of the still grim and complex situation in the building of a clean and honest party and the struggle against corruption. This has further enhanced the importance of the inspection work in party building, especially in the building of a clean and honest party and in the struggle against corruption. General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on the inspection work includes: inspection tour, as a strategic institutional arrangement for inner-party supervision, is not an expedient measure, it should be used to make good use of this anti-corruption "sword", and the inspection work should focus on finding problems and forming a deterrent. To be the "thousand eyes" of the central government, to find out the "tiger" and "fly"; to sort out the clues of the problems found during the inspection, to make sure that all the pieces are in place, to ensure that the results of the inspection are carried out; to adapt to the development of the situation, to promote the contents of the inspection, and to adopt the methods and methods. The innovation of system construction forms greater deterrent power. These important expositions reflect the general thinking and basic requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection work, and are ideological weapons and operational guidelines for continuously achieving significant results in the inspection work.
