【摘要】：近年來(lái),黨和政府高度重視社會(huì)組織黨建工作并做出了一系列的部署。在此背景下,各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市積極推動(dòng)社會(huì)組織黨建工作。作為我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放前沿陣地的深圳市在社會(huì)組織黨建工作方面進(jìn)行了積極探索并取得良好成效。基于案例分析和實(shí)地訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),深圳市逐漸探索出"剛性嵌入"與"柔性融入"相結(jié)合的社會(huì)組織黨建工作路徑,剛性嵌入通過(guò)若干硬性要求實(shí)現(xiàn)形式上的兩個(gè)覆蓋并有效擴(kuò)大黨在社會(huì)組織中的覆蓋面,而柔性融入通過(guò)若干春風(fēng)化雨般的舉措,推動(dòng)社會(huì)組織黨建工作落到實(shí)處,讓黨建工作成為社會(huì)組織自覺(jué)自愿的主動(dòng)行為。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Party and the government attach great importance to social organization party building and made a series of plans. In this context, provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities actively promote social organization party building work. As the front position of China's reform and opening up, Shenzhen has actively explored the Party building work of social organizations and achieved good results. Based on case analysis and field interviews, it is found that Shenzhen has gradually explored the working path of party building in social organizations which combines "rigid embedding" and "flexible integration". Rigid embedding achieves formal coverage through a number of rigid requirements and effectively expands the party's coverage in social organizations, while flexible integration promotes the implementation of party building in social organizations through a number of spring weathering measures. Let the party building work become a voluntary initiative of social organizations.
