【摘要】：高校是開(kāi)展黨建與黨員思想政治教育工作的重要陣地,高校學(xué)生黨支部作為黨在高等院校的基層組織,是增強(qiáng)學(xué)生黨組織凝聚力和戰(zhàn)斗力的重要途徑。在實(shí)際中,高校黨支部建設(shè)也存在內(nèi)容、形式、人才隊(duì)伍培養(yǎng)等系列問(wèn)題,要較好地解決這些問(wèn)題,需要高校黨委的高度重視、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障的加強(qiáng)、加強(qiáng)人才的選拔和培養(yǎng),更重要的是要在創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、形式以及利用好新媒體、新技術(shù)方面做好當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的黨支部建設(shè)活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are important positions for Party building and ideological and political education of Party members. As the basic organization of the Party in Colleges and universities, the Party branch of college students is an important way to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organization of students. To solve these problems, we should attach great importance to the Party committees of colleges and universities, strengthen the guarantee of funds, strengthen the selection and cultivation of talents, and, more importantly, do a good job in the construction of Party branches of contemporary college students in the aspects of innovative activities, forms and the use of new media and new technologies.
