【摘要】：共青團(tuán)作為黨的群眾組織,具備社會(huì)組織的基本特征和發(fā)展規(guī)律,從組織行為學(xué)視角對(duì)當(dāng)前共青團(tuán)改革發(fā)展進(jìn)行理論探究具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。當(dāng)前黨的群團(tuán)工作面臨多重挑戰(zhàn),存在許多問(wèn)題,共青團(tuán)作為黨的青年群眾組織出現(xiàn)了諸多"不適應(yīng)",極大地影響了共青團(tuán)組織職能的發(fā)揮。共青團(tuán)改革要緊緊圍繞保持和增強(qiáng)政治性、先進(jìn)性、群眾性這一基本要求,以壯士斷腕的勇氣著力推進(jìn)組織創(chuàng)新、工作創(chuàng)新,解決脫離青年的突出問(wèn)題,把廣大青年凝聚在黨的周圍。
[Abstract]:The Communist Youth League, as a mass organization of the Party, has the basic characteristics and development rules of social organizations. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the current reform and development of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of organizational behavior. At present, the work of the Communist Youth League is facing many challenges and many problems. As the youth mass organization of the Party, the Communist Youth League has appeared a lot of "inadaptability", which has greatly affected the function of the Communist Youth League organization. The reform of the Communist Youth League should closely revolve around the basic requirements of maintaining and enhancing political, advanced, and mass character. With the courage of strong men to break their wrists, efforts should be made to promote organizational innovation and work innovation, so as to solve the outstanding problem of breaking away from youth. Condense the vast number of young people around the Party.
