【摘要】：正考準(zhǔn)考實是干部考察工作的目標(biāo),是正確評價和使用干部的基礎(chǔ),更是組織部門強化在干部選拔任用工作中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和把關(guān)作用的前提。然而,從實際工作來看,干部考察失真失實現(xiàn)象卻時有發(fā)生,進而導(dǎo)致帶病提拔,降低干部選拔任用工作質(zhì)量和組織部門威信。影響干部考察失真失實的原因是多方面的,綜合起來看,主要是考評機制不夠健全,考評主體不夠?qū)挿?考評方式單一固化,考評人員素質(zhì)參差不齊,等等。摸清干部考察失真失實的"癥狀",找準(zhǔn)"病根",
[Abstract]:It is the goal of cadre inspection, the basis of correct evaluation and use of cadres, and the premise for the organizational department to strengthen the role of leadership and supervision in the selection and appointment of cadres. However, from the point of view of actual work, the distorted phenomenon of cadre inspection occurs from time to time, which leads to the promotion of illness and reduces the quality of cadre selection and appointment and the prestige of the organization department. The reasons that affect the cadres' investigation are various. In a word, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect, the main body is not broad enough, the evaluation method is single solidified, the quality of the examiners is not uniform, and so on. Find out the cadres'"symptoms" of distortion and find out the root of the disease.
