【摘要】：1980年《關(guān)于黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》出臺(tái)以來(lái),形勢(shì)任務(wù)和黨內(nèi)情況發(fā)生了很大變化,黨的建設(shè)面臨著許多新情況新問(wèn)題�；凇蛾P(guān)于新形勢(shì)下黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》與1980年《關(guān)于黨內(nèi)政治生活的若干準(zhǔn)則》之間的文本比較考察,新形勢(shì)下黨內(nèi)政治生活規(guī)范化至少面臨著四大新挑戰(zhàn),即理想信念出現(xiàn)動(dòng)搖滑坡的新挑戰(zhàn)、黨同人民群眾關(guān)系疏離的新挑戰(zhàn)、黨的組織生活制度虛化的新挑戰(zhàn),以及管控權(quán)力建設(shè)廉潔政治的新挑戰(zhàn)。揭示新形勢(shì)下黨內(nèi)政治生活規(guī)范化所面臨的新問(wèn)題和新挑戰(zhàn),為著力解決黨內(nèi)存在的突出問(wèn)題、層層落實(shí)全面從嚴(yán)治黨主體責(zé)任和監(jiān)督責(zé)任,提供了一種學(xué)理上的理論定向,必將全面提高黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平。
[Abstract]:Since the publication of "some Standards on Inner-Party political Life" in 1980, great changes have taken place in the tasks of the situation and the situation within the Party, and the Party building is faced with many new situations and problems. Based on the text comparison between "some norms on Inner-Party political Life under the New situation" and "some Criterion on Inner-Party political Life" in 1980, the normalization of Inner-Party political Life is facing at least four new challenges under the new situation. That is to say, the new challenge that the ideal and belief appear to waver and slide, the relationship between the Party and the people is alienated, the party's organization life system is empty, and the new challenge of controlling power construction is clean politics. It reveals the new problems and challenges faced by the standardization of political life in the party under the new situation, and provides a theoretical direction for solving the outstanding problems existing in the party and carrying out the responsibility of the party's main body and supervision in a comprehensive and strict manner. It will certainly improve the scientific level of party building in an all-round way.
