【摘要】：基于2015年度全國廉情調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用聚類Logit回歸分析方法對(duì)我國公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素進(jìn)行了探索性研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):在文化環(huán)境方面,公眾的腐敗容忍度與其反腐敗行動(dòng)之間存在顯著的負(fù)向關(guān)系;在政府反腐敗績效方面,公眾對(duì)政府的反腐敗滿意度與其反腐敗行動(dòng)之間存在顯著的負(fù)向關(guān)系,腐敗感知水平的提升會(huì)顯著地提升公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)的可能性,反腐敗信心與公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)之間的關(guān)系不顯著;在制度安排方面,舉報(bào)的便利性、有效性和安全性均會(huì)顯著地提高公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)的可能性;在腐敗經(jīng)歷方面,行賄經(jīng)歷會(huì)顯著地降低公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)的可能性,而被索賄經(jīng)歷則會(huì)顯著地提升公眾反腐敗行動(dòng)的可能性�；诖�,必須努力營造對(duì)腐敗零容忍的社會(huì)文化,培育公眾的主體意識(shí),為公眾參與反腐提供安全和便利的制度環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the National Integrity Survey in 2015, this paper makes an exploratory study on the current situation and the influencing factors of the public action against corruption in China by cluster Logit regression analysis. The study found that in the cultural environment, there was a significant negative relationship between public tolerance for corruption and its anti-corruption actions; in the context of government anti-corruption performance, there was a significant negative correlation between the public's tolerance to corruption and its anti-corruption actions. There is a significant negative relationship between the public's satisfaction with the government's anti-corruption and its anti-corruption actions. The improvement of the level of corruption awareness will significantly enhance the possibility of the public's anti-corruption action. The relationship between anti-corruption confidence and public action against corruption is not significant; in terms of institutional arrangements, the convenience, effectiveness and security of reporting will significantly increase the likelihood of public action against corruption; and in terms of corruption experiences, Bribery experience significantly reduces the likelihood of public action against corruption while being asked for bribes significantly increases the likelihood of public action against corruption. Based on this, we must strive to create a social culture of zero tolerance to corruption, cultivate public awareness of the subject, and provide a safe and convenient institutional environment for public participation in anti-corruption.
