【摘要】："創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"這五大發(fā)展理念可以看作是對(duì)2003年提出的"科學(xué)發(fā)展觀"的進(jìn)一步深化和拓展,五大發(fā)展理念最終還是要落實(shí)到社會(huì)各項(xiàng)建設(shè)上來。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)精細(xì)化治理,構(gòu)建新的制度框架是在中國當(dāng)前發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型期對(duì)黨的執(zhí)政能力提出的新挑戰(zhàn)和新要求。
[Abstract]:The five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" can be seen as a further deepening and expanding of the "scientific development concept" put forward in 2003. How to realize the fine governance of the society and build a new institutional framework are the new challenges and requirements for the Party's ruling ability in the current period of development and transformation of China.
