【摘要】：正如何通過創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村基層黨建工作提高農(nóng)村基層黨組織的戰(zhàn)斗力,是在"三農(nóng)"工作中協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)四個(gè)全面戰(zhàn)略布局的重要要求。近年來,山西省陽泉市郊區(qū)積極探索農(nóng)村黨組織設(shè)置方式,在2013年5月率先組建了山西省第一個(gè)聯(lián)村黨委—桃林溝聯(lián)村黨委。經(jīng)過兩年多的發(fā)展,當(dāng)前全區(qū)聯(lián)村黨委數(shù)量增至8個(gè)、聯(lián)建村擴(kuò)展至49個(gè),占行政村總數(shù)的27.4%。聯(lián)村黨委的組建一方面強(qiáng)化了農(nóng)村基層黨組織在帶領(lǐng)農(nóng)村發(fā)展致富、化解矛盾問題、深化社會(huì)管理中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心作用;另一方
[Abstract]:How to improve the combat effectiveness of the rural grass-roots party organizations through innovating the rural grass-roots party building work is an important requirement to coordinate and advance the four overall strategic layout in the work of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". In recent years, the suburbs of Yangquan City of Shanxi Province have actively explored the way of setting up rural party organizations. In May 2013, the Party Committee of Shanxi Province's first United Village Party Committee-Taolingou Joint Village Party Committee was first set up. After more than two years of development, the number of party committees in the whole district has increased to 8, and the number of federated villages has expanded to 49, accounting for 27.4% of the total number of administrative villages. On the one hand, the formation of the United village party committee strengthens the rural grassroots party organization in leading rural development to become rich, resolving contradictions, deepening social management in the leadership of the core role;
