胡耀邦黨建思想研究

【摘要】：胡耀邦作為中國共產(chǎn)黨的重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人,時(shí)刻重視著黨的建設(shè)問題,他深刻認(rèn)識(shí)到黨的建設(shè)對(duì)于國家的重要性和迫切性。心懷對(duì)黨、國家和人民的高度責(zé)任感與使命感,胡耀邦對(duì)黨的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了積極的思考和探索,為堅(jiān)持、改善和加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)傾注了大量心血,在此基礎(chǔ)上,形成了一系列內(nèi)容豐富、獨(dú)具特色的關(guān)于黨的建設(shè)的思想。論文從三個(gè)部分對(duì)胡耀邦的黨建思想進(jìn)行研究。第一部分主要從胡耀邦黨建思想形成的理論基礎(chǔ)、實(shí)踐來源以及形成發(fā)展的歷程三個(gè)角度對(duì)其黨建思想進(jìn)行論述。胡耀邦的黨建思想是在馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想的指導(dǎo)和鄧小平黨建理論的影響下,在對(duì)建國后前三十年和改革開放以來黨的建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)中逐漸形成發(fā)展的。第二部分闡述了胡耀邦黨建思想的主要內(nèi)容,從思想建設(shè)、組織建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)和作風(fēng)建設(shè)四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。在黨的思想建設(shè)方面,胡耀邦指出要用馬克思列寧主義來武裝全黨,提高黨的理論水平;重視黨的思想政治教育工作,對(duì)全黨進(jìn)行思想政治教育;堅(jiān)持實(shí)事求是的思想路線,做到一切從實(shí)際出發(fā)。在黨的組織建設(shè)方面,胡耀邦強(qiáng)調(diào)要進(jìn)行干部隊(duì)伍建設(shè),反對(duì)干部特殊化;必須對(duì)干部制度進(jìn)行改革,確保黨的集體領(lǐng)導(dǎo),推進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子年輕化;改進(jìn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法和工作方法,發(fā)揮黨員先鋒模范作用。在黨的制度建設(shè)方面,胡耀邦堅(jiān)持黨的民主集中制,反對(duì)黨內(nèi)個(gè)人崇拜;豐富黨的愛國統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線理論,完善多黨合作制度;提出處理黨際關(guān)系的基本原則。在黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)方面,胡耀邦強(qiáng)調(diào)要搞好黨風(fēng),嚴(yán)肅黨紀(jì),發(fā)揮黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng);改善黨的生活作風(fēng),保證黨的純潔性,嚴(yán)厲打擊不正之風(fēng);改善黨內(nèi)存在的不良學(xué)風(fēng),推進(jìn)理論創(chuàng)新。第三部分論述了胡耀邦黨建思想的幾個(gè)突出特點(diǎn),指出胡耀邦黨建思想的理論意義和當(dāng)代啟示。鮮明時(shí)代性,濃厚務(wù)實(shí)性,突出民主性是胡耀邦黨建思想的主要特點(diǎn)。分析和研究胡耀邦的黨建思想包含的內(nèi)容,探討胡耀邦黨建思想的主要特點(diǎn),具有重要的理論意義,不僅能夠深化黨對(duì)自身建設(shè)的正確認(rèn)識(shí),還可以為新形勢(shì)下加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)提供現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示。在新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè),要把思想建設(shè)放在首位,不斷加強(qiáng)馬克思主義的理論創(chuàng)新;增強(qiáng)黨的執(zhí)政能力和先進(jìn)性建設(shè),構(gòu)建新型學(xué)習(xí)型政黨;要繼續(xù)規(guī)范黨的民主政治進(jìn)程,與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地進(jìn)行黨的制度建設(shè);深入開展黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè),發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部帶頭作用。
[Abstract]:Hu Yaobang, as an important leader of the Communist Party of China, always attaches importance to the construction of the Party. He deeply recognizes the importance and urgency of the Party building to the country. With a high sense of responsibility and mission to the party, the state and the people, Hu Yaobang has made positive reflections and explorations on party building and devoted a great deal of effort to persisting, improving, and strengthening the party's leadership. On this basis, Formed a series of rich content, unique ideas on party building. This paper studies Hu Yaobang's thought of party building from three parts. The first part mainly discusses Hu Yaobang's party building thought from three angles: the theoretical foundation, the practice source and the forming and developing course. Under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong and the theory of Party building, Hu Yaobang's Party building thought was gradually formed and developed in the summary of the experience of Party building in the first 30 years after the founding of the people's Republic of China and since the reform and opening up. The second part expounds the main content of Hu Yaobang's Party building thought, from four aspects: ideological construction, organization construction, system construction and style construction. With regard to the party's ideological construction, Hu Yaobang pointed out that the whole party should be armed with Marxism-Leninism to improve its theoretical level, that it should attach importance to the party's ideological and political education work, and that it should carry out ideological and political education for the whole party; and adhere to the ideological line of seeking truth from facts. Do everything from the point of view of reality. In the aspect of the Party's organizational construction, Hu Yaobang stressed the importance of building up the contingent of cadres and opposing the specialization of cadres, and that it was necessary to reform the cadre system, ensure the collective leadership of the Party, and promote the rejuvenation of the leading bodies. Improve the Party's methods of leadership and work, and give full play to the pioneering role of Party members. In the construction of the party's system, Hu Yaobang insists on the democratic centralism of the party, the personality cult in the opposition party, enriches the party's theory of the patriotic United front, consummates the system of multi-party cooperation, and puts forward the basic principles for handling inter-party relations. In the construction of the party's style of work, Hu Yaobang stressed the need to do a good job in party conduct, to tighten party discipline, to give play to the party's fine traditions, to improve the party's style of life, to ensure the Party's purity, and to crack down on unhealthy practices; and to improve the unhealthy style of study existing in the party. Promote theoretical innovation. The third part discusses several prominent features of Hu Yaobang's party building thought, and points out the theoretical significance and contemporary enlightenment of Hu Yaobang's party building thought. The main characteristics of Hu Yaobang's party building thought are distinct times, strong practicality and prominent democracy. It is of great theoretical significance to analyze and study the content contained in Hu Yaobang's party building thought and to discuss the main characteristics of the Party building thought of Hu Yaobang, which can not only deepen the Party's correct understanding of its own construction, Can also strengthen the party under the new situation to provide practical enlightenment. In order to strengthen party building in the new period, we should put ideological construction first, constantly strengthen the theoretical innovation of Marxism, strengthen the Party's ruling ability and advanced nature construction, construct a new type of learning-type political party, and continue to standardize the democratic political process of the party. Keep pace with the times, carry out the party's system construction, carry out the construction of the party style and clean government, and give play to the leading role of the leading cadres.
