黨員學(xué)生參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的模式探究

【摘要】：分析了凱里學(xué)院在實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理方面存在的問題,結(jié)合化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的管理,提出了由黨員學(xué)生參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理的新模式.實(shí)踐證明,該方案能夠解決實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理人員不足的問題,提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)室整體效益;同時(shí)學(xué)生也提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)技能和創(chuàng)新能力.因此,學(xué)生參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理是學(xué)校、學(xué)生、教師三方共贏的好方法.
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in laboratory management of Kelly College,and puts forward a new mode of involving Party members and students in laboratory management combining with the management of chemical laboratory.Practice proves that this scheme can solve the problem of insufficient laboratory management personnel and improve the overall efficiency of laboratory.At the same time,students also improve the experimental skills and innovation. Therefore, students' participation in laboratory management is a good way for schools, students and teachers to win three sides.
