【摘要】：從嚴治黨是中國共產(chǎn)黨加強黨的建設的基本經(jīng)驗和內(nèi)在要求,是黨的建設理論的重要組成部分。全面從嚴治黨是黨的十八大以來中國共產(chǎn)黨人對馬克思主義從嚴治黨理論的進一步豐富和發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)出對馬克思主義黨建理論的重大創(chuàng)新,具有強烈的時代性和現(xiàn)實性。當前,全面從嚴治黨正走向縱深,其中還有許多問題有待深入研究,路徑方面的問題就是其中之一。本文以全面從嚴治黨為主要研究對象,依托馬克思主義黨建學說、政治學、社會學和管理學等多門學科的理論和方法,著力于全面從嚴治黨的“實踐路徑”探究。首先,通過文獻研讀法,梳理、歸納和提煉了從馬克思、恩格斯、列寧經(jīng)典作家到中國共產(chǎn)黨人對從嚴治黨的相關論述,梳理、歸納和提煉了習近平全面從嚴治黨的發(fā)展過程、主要內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)實意義。其次,通過調(diào)查分析法以實踐路徑為突破口,重點從思想教育、組織管理、民主集中制和懲治約束機制等方面,深入探討了當前全面從嚴治黨所存在的基本問題,并通過理性的深入分析,從主客觀多維度剖析了全面從嚴治黨路徑存在問題的根本原因。最后,基于上述的分析,面向全面從嚴治黨的現(xiàn)實需要和未來導向,從實踐對策的層面提出實現(xiàn)全面從嚴治黨的新思路和新路徑。包括明確教育內(nèi)容,加強思想教育;通過對黨員和黨組織的科學管理,加強黨的組織建設;通過健全民主集中制原則,加強黨的制度建設;建立健全懲治約束機制,增強抵腐定力。
[Abstract]:Strict administration of the party is the basic experience and internal requirement of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the party building, and is an important part of the theory of party building. The comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is the further enrichment and development of the theory of strict administration of Marxism by the Chinese Communists since the 18th National Congress of the Party, which embodies a great innovation in the theory of Marxist Party building and has a strong epochal and realistic character. At present, comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is moving in depth, and there are still many problems to be studied in depth, among which the path is one of them. Based on the theory and methods of Marxist Party building theory, political science, sociology and management, this paper focuses on the "practical path" of managing the Party strictly. First of all, through the literature study method, summarized and refined from Marx, Engels, Lenin classic writers to the Chinese Communists to strict party management, combed, summarized and refined Xi Jinping's overall strict party management development process. Main content and practical significance. Secondly, through the method of investigation and analysis, taking the practice path as the breakthrough point, focusing on the aspects of ideological education, organization and management, democratic centralism and punishment and restraint mechanism, the paper deeply discusses the basic problems existing in the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Through the thorough analysis of reason, this paper analyzes the root cause of the problem in the path of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party from the subjective and objective aspects. Finally, based on the above analysis, facing the realistic need and future direction of overall strict administration of the Party, this paper puts forward new ideas and new ways to realize comprehensive strict administration of the Party from the aspect of practical countermeasures. Including clarifying the contents of education and strengthening ideological education; strengthening the party's organizational construction through scientific management of party members and party organizations; strengthening the party's system construction by improving the principle of democratic centralism; and establishing and perfecting the punishment and restraint mechanism. Increase resistance to decay.
