【摘要】：從嚴(yán)治黨是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)和內(nèi)在要求,是黨的建設(shè)理論的重要組成部分。全面從嚴(yán)治黨是黨的十八大以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)馬克思主義從嚴(yán)治黨理論的進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)出對(duì)馬克思主義黨建理論的重大創(chuàng)新,具有強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)代性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。當(dāng)前,全面從嚴(yán)治黨正走向縱深,其中還有許多問(wèn)題有待深入研究,路徑方面的問(wèn)題就是其中之一。本文以全面從嚴(yán)治黨為主要研究對(duì)象,依托馬克思主義黨建學(xué)說(shuō)、政治學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)和管理學(xué)等多門(mén)學(xué)科的理論和方法,著力于全面從嚴(yán)治黨的“實(shí)踐路徑”探究。首先,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研讀法,梳理、歸納和提煉了從馬克思、恩格斯、列寧經(jīng)典作家到中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)從嚴(yán)治黨的相關(guān)論述,梳理、歸納和提煉了習(xí)近平全面從嚴(yán)治黨的發(fā)展過(guò)程、主要內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其次,通過(guò)調(diào)查分析法以實(shí)踐路徑為突破口,重點(diǎn)從思想教育、組織管理、民主集中制和懲治約束機(jī)制等方面,深入探討了當(dāng)前全面從嚴(yán)治黨所存在的基本問(wèn)題,并通過(guò)理性的深入分析,從主客觀多維度剖析了全面從嚴(yán)治黨路徑存在問(wèn)題的根本原因。最后,基于上述的分析,面向全面從嚴(yán)治黨的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要和未來(lái)導(dǎo)向,從實(shí)踐對(duì)策的層面提出實(shí)現(xiàn)全面從嚴(yán)治黨的新思路和新路徑。包括明確教育內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)思想教育;通過(guò)對(duì)黨員和黨組織的科學(xué)管理,加強(qiáng)黨的組織建設(shè);通過(guò)健全民主集中制原則,加強(qiáng)黨的制度建設(shè);建立健全懲治約束機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)抵腐定力。
[Abstract]:Strict administration of the party is the basic experience and internal requirement of the Communist Party of China in strengthening the party building, and is an important part of the theory of party building. The comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is the further enrichment and development of the theory of strict administration of Marxism by the Chinese Communists since the 18th National Congress of the Party, which embodies a great innovation in the theory of Marxist Party building and has a strong epochal and realistic character. At present, comprehensive and strict administration of the Party is moving in depth, and there are still many problems to be studied in depth, among which the path is one of them. Based on the theory and methods of Marxist Party building theory, political science, sociology and management, this paper focuses on the "practical path" of managing the Party strictly. First of all, through the literature study method, summarized and refined from Marx, Engels, Lenin classic writers to the Chinese Communists to strict party management, combed, summarized and refined Xi Jinping's overall strict party management development process. Main content and practical significance. Secondly, through the method of investigation and analysis, taking the practice path as the breakthrough point, focusing on the aspects of ideological education, organization and management, democratic centralism and punishment and restraint mechanism, the paper deeply discusses the basic problems existing in the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Through the thorough analysis of reason, this paper analyzes the root cause of the problem in the path of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party from the subjective and objective aspects. Finally, based on the above analysis, facing the realistic need and future direction of overall strict administration of the Party, this paper puts forward new ideas and new ways to realize comprehensive strict administration of the Party from the aspect of practical countermeasures. Including clarifying the contents of education and strengthening ideological education; strengthening the party's organizational construction through scientific management of party members and party organizations; strengthening the party's system construction by improving the principle of democratic centralism; and establishing and perfecting the punishment and restraint mechanism. Increase resistance to decay.
