【摘要】：正社會心態(tài)的建設(shè)必須抓住領(lǐng)導干部這個"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)",良好的干部心態(tài)必將為整體社會心態(tài)的引導樹立良好的風向標。為深入了解當前處級干部的心理狀況,我們對Z省的236名處級干部進行問卷調(diào)查,了解其心理狀態(tài)基本情況,并從中梳理出一些值得重視的重要隱性問題。一、有效調(diào)查對象的基本情況及心理狀況總體分析(一)有效調(diào)查對象的基本情況性別情況:男性165名(占比69.9%),女性71名(占比30.1%)。年齡結(jié)構(gòu):31—40歲共68人(占比28.8%),
[Abstract]:The construction of positive social mentality must grasp the "key minority" of leading cadres, and a good cadre mentality will set up a good weather vane for the guidance of the overall social mentality.
