【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐作為對(duì)傳統(tǒng)反腐形式的變革和創(chuàng)新,有利于公民積極有序的政治參與,可以推動(dòng)腐敗案件的查處,有利于政府官員廉潔從政。但是,網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐運(yùn)行中也有明顯的缺陷。針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐的無(wú)序狀況,迫切需要建立系統(tǒng)完備、科學(xué)規(guī)范、運(yùn)行有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐制度體系,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐納入法治化的軌道,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)反腐與傳統(tǒng)反腐有效銜接和良性互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:As a change and innovation to the traditional form of anti-corruption, network anti-corruption is beneficial to citizens' active and orderly political participation, to the investigation and punishment of corruption cases, and to the honest participation of government officials in politics. However, network anti-corruption operation also has obvious defects. In view of the disorder of network anti-corruption, it is urgent to establish a complete system, scientific standard and effective network anti-corruption system, to bring network anti-corruption into the orbit of rule by law, and to realize the effective connection and benign interaction between network anti-corruption and traditional anti-corruption.
