全面從嚴(yán)治黨重在抓“關(guān)鍵少數(shù)”透析

【摘要】：黨的十八大以來(lái),以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央提出了全面從嚴(yán)治黨重在抓"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)"的思想,這是從思想邏輯、內(nèi)在動(dòng)因、歷史依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實(shí)根據(jù)等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析得出的正確結(jié)論。抓"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)",就是要抓理想信念,做政治的明白人;抓責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng),做班子的帶頭人;抓紀(jì)律規(guī)矩,做黨紀(jì)的踐行者;抓制度建設(shè),做制度的維護(hù)者;抓群眾路線,做群眾的貼心人;抓改革發(fā)展,做發(fā)展的開(kāi)路人。新形勢(shì)下,抓"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)"、全面從嚴(yán)治黨,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)和改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局、保證現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的正確方向、實(shí)現(xiàn)"兩個(gè)一百年"奮斗目標(biāo)和中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has put forward the idea of comprehensively and strictly managing the party by focusing on the "key minority", which is based on ideological logic, internal motivation, and historical basis. Realistic basis and other aspects of systematic analysis of the correct conclusion. To grasp the "key minority" is to grasp the ideals and beliefs and be a clear political person; to shoulder the responsibility and be the leader of the leading group; to grasp the discipline and rules, to be the practitioner of party discipline; to grasp the construction of the system, to be the guardian of the system; and to grasp the mass line. We should be close to the masses and open the way to reform and development. Under the new situation, grasping the "key minority" and administering the party in an all-round and strict manner will help to strengthen and improve the party's leadership, coordinate and advance the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and ensure the correct direction of the modernization drive. It is of great significance to realize the goal of "two hundred years" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
