中國共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨的歷史回顧與思考

【摘要】：本論文主要基于中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系特別是作為其重要組成部分的黨的建設(shè)理論視角,對(duì)中國共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨的歷史進(jìn)行回顧,思考與總結(jié)不同歷史時(shí)期黨的建設(shè)特別是馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)的特點(diǎn)與規(guī)律,以期對(duì)全面推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程,全面提高黨的建設(shè)科學(xué)化水平有所助益。本論文分為三大部分,共6章。第1章為緒論部分；第2章至第5章為論文主體部分,分別闡釋毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤相關(guān)思想與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的發(fā)展。最后為結(jié)語部分,主要以習(xí)近平系列講話精神為核心,闡釋建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨,就是鑄就中國共產(chǎn)黨人的精神家園。第1章：緒論。主要介紹本論文選題的背景和意義,研究現(xiàn)狀與基本理論,研究方法和研究思路以及主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)。所關(guān)涉問題是敘述與理解本選題的前提基礎(chǔ)和依據(jù)。第2章：毛澤東關(guān)于黨的建設(shè)基本思想的形成、豐富與發(fā)展。毛澤東回顧與總結(jié)十八年黨的建設(shè)歷史,確立了“三個(gè)法寶”的黨建思想,即黨的建設(shè)與黨的思想路線和政治路線密切相聯(lián),進(jìn)而把馬克思主義的普遍真理與中國社會(huì)實(shí)際相結(jié)合,用與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的中國化的馬克思主義理論教育全黨、武裝全黨,并作為黨的自身建設(shè)的根本,從而為新時(shí)期建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨奠定了基本依據(jù),提供了基本原則,指明了基本路徑。第3章：鄧小平的馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)思想的確立。鄧小平重新恢復(fù)并確立了黨的實(shí)事求的思想路線,開創(chuàng)了中國特色社會(huì)主義理論,率領(lǐng)全黨初步懂得和回答了“什么是社會(huì)主義、怎樣建設(shè)社會(huì)主義”這一新時(shí)期黨所面對(duì)的帶有根本性的歷史課題。鄧小平在繼承毛澤東黨建思想的基礎(chǔ)上,確立了馬克思主義指導(dǎo)下的學(xué)習(xí)觀,由此初步確立了作為中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系重要組成部分的新時(shí)期馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)思想。第4章：江澤民對(duì)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)思想的豐富。在新的歷史條件下江澤民提出了“三個(gè)代表”重要思想,創(chuàng)造性回答了“建設(shè)什么樣的黨、怎樣建設(shè)黨”的問題。江澤民與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地提出了新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)黨的自身學(xué)習(xí)、深化馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)的新思想,進(jìn)而使黨在新時(shí)期建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨的思想得以豐富,并體現(xiàn)出新的歷史條件下的新特點(diǎn)。第5章：胡錦濤與馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)思想的成熟。新世紀(jì)新階段,胡錦濤對(duì)新形勢(shì)下“實(shí)現(xiàn)什么樣的發(fā)展、怎樣發(fā)展”等重大問題作出了新的科學(xué)回答。作為科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的重要組成部分,胡錦濤黨建思想特別是建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨建設(shè)思想,在全面推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程中得以實(shí)質(zhì)性的發(fā)展,中國共產(chǎn)黨建設(shè)馬克思主義學(xué)習(xí)型政黨思想得以成熟。結(jié)語：在新的歷史起點(diǎn)上,習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話深刻回答了黨和國家事業(yè)發(fā)展的重大理論和實(shí)踐問題。習(xí)近平以建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型政黨為前提和基礎(chǔ),把建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型服務(wù)型創(chuàng)新型的馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨作為新形勢(shì)下黨的建設(shè)新的偉大工程的新目標(biāo),以此為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢(mèng)凝聚全黨共識(shí),鑄就中國共產(chǎn)黨人的精神家園。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially the theoretical perspective of Party building as an important part of it, this paper reviews the history of the construction of Marxist learning party by the Communist Party of China, ponders and summarizes the characteristics of Party building in different historical periods, especially the construction of Marxist learning party. This paper is divided into three parts, including six chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction part. Chapters 2 to 5 are the main part of the paper, respectively, explaining the development of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao's related thoughts with the times. Chapter 1: Introduction. It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic of this paper, the research status and basic theory, research methods and ideas, and the main innovation points. Chapter 2: The formation, enrichment and development of Mao Zedong's basic thought on Party building. Mao Zedong reviewed and summarized the eighteen-year history of Party building and established the "three magic weapons" of Party building thought, that is, Party building is closely related to the Party's ideological and political line. Furthermore, it combines the universal truth of Marxism with the reality of Chinese society, educates the whole Party and arms the whole Party with the theory of Marxism advancing with the times in China, and serves as the basis of the Party's self-construction, thus laying the foundation for the construction of a Marxist learning party in the new period, providing the basic principles and pointing out the basic principles. Chapter 3: The Establishment of Deng Xiaoping's Marxist Thought on Building a Learning Party On the basis of inheriting Mao Zedong's thought of Party building, Deng Xiaoping established the study view under the guidance of Marxism, thus initially established the Marxist Study-oriented Party building thought in the new period as an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Chapter 4: Jiang Zemin's thought of Mark Under the new historical conditions, Jiang Zemin put forward the important thought of "Three Represents" and creatively answered the question of "what kind of party to build and how to build the party". Jiang Zemin advanced with the times and proposed strengthening the party's own learning in the new period and deepening the construction of Marxist learning party. Chapter 5: The maturity of Hu Jintao's and Marxist learning party building thought. In the new century and new stage, Hu Jintao "realizes what kind of development, how to develop" under the new situation. As an important part of the scientific outlook on development, Hu Jintao's thought on Party building, especially the thought on building Marxist learning party, has been substantially developed in the great project of promoting the Party building in an all-round way, and the CPC's thought on building Marxist learning party has been substantially developed. Conclusion: At the new historical starting point, General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches have profoundly answered the major theoretical and practical problems in the development of the Party and the state cause. The new goal of the new great project is to unite the consensus of the whole Party for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and create the spiritual home of the Chinese Communists.
