【摘要】：陜甘寧邊區(qū)干部的人生觀教育,是延安時期黨的思想政治建設(shè)的核心內(nèi)容之一,是黨在局部執(zhí)政條件下廉政建設(shè)的重要實踐。從內(nèi)容和模式創(chuàng)新的角度講,邊區(qū)干部的人生觀教育實現(xiàn)了三個結(jié)合:1.干部人生觀教育與干部隊伍的實際狀況相結(jié)合;2.干部人生觀教育與先進典型的褒獎相結(jié)合;3.干部人生觀教育與反面典型的懲戒相結(jié)合。從當(dāng)時的實踐情況看,以上幾個方面的結(jié)合相輔相成,收到了良好的教育效果。
[Abstract]:The outlook on life education of cadres in the Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia border region is one of the core contents of the ideological and political construction of the party in Yanan period. It is an important practice for the party to build a clean government under the conditions of local administration. From the point of view of content and mode innovation, the outlook on life education of the cadres in the border area has been realized in three ways: the 1. cadres' Outlook on life education and the actual status of the cadres. Combined with the situation, the 2. cadres' Outlook on life education is combined with the advanced typical compliment; the 3. cadres' Outlook on life education is combined with the typical punishment. From the practice situation at that time, the combination of the above several aspects complementing each other, received good educational effect.
