【摘要】：正十八大以來,官場政治秩序正發(fā)生著深刻變革,反腐敗、講規(guī)矩、履責任、重法治的新格局為當代中國的可持續(xù)發(fā)展塑造了新型動力機制,"山清水秀的政治生態(tài)"呼之欲出;但與此同時,諸如"不貪不占,啥也不干""做一天和尚撞一天鐘,只要不出事就行""占著位置不干事,拿著工資不出力"等部分官員慵懶散不作為現(xiàn)象卻成為改革發(fā)展的隱憂,亟待高度重視,加強治理。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the political order of the official field is undergoing profound changes. The new pattern of anti-corruption, discipline, responsibility and rule by law has shaped a new dynamic mechanism for the sustainable development of contemporary China. But at the same time, some officials, such as "not greedy, not doing anything," being a monk for a day and hitting a bell for one day, as long as there is no accident, "does not occupy a position and does not help with his wages," and so on, have become a hidden worry of reform and development. Urgent need to attach great importance to, strengthen governance.
