【摘要】：正習近平總書記2014年"兩會"期間在參加安徽代表團討論時,提出"各級領(lǐng)導干部都要樹立和發(fā)揚好的作風,既嚴以修身、嚴以用權(quán)、嚴以律己,又謀事要實、創(chuàng)業(yè)要實、做人要實。"[1]以此為據(jù),今年在全國縣處級以上領(lǐng)導干部中普遍開展"三嚴三實"專題教育,這是黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動的延展深化,表明"三嚴三實"專題教育在本質(zhì)上仍然屬于黨的作風建設(shè)的范疇。在"三嚴三實"中,嚴與實是核心概念,做人、干事和
