【摘要】：意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)對于政黨生存和發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,可以維護(hù)政黨執(zhí)政的合法性,凝聚社會(huì)民眾的共同意志,建立政黨執(zhí)政的理性權(quán)威。中國共產(chǎn)黨歷來高度重視和善于做好思想宣傳工作和意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè),這是中國共產(chǎn)黨成為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心、帶領(lǐng)人民取得勝利的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),也是中國共產(chǎn)黨保持生命力的關(guān)鍵所在。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央從中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的大局出發(fā),立足于世情、國情、黨情的深刻發(fā)展變化,在長期的理論工作和實(shí)踐探索中進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)和理論創(chuàng)新,形成了特征鮮明、內(nèi)涵豐富的意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)思想。習(xí)近平關(guān)于黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)思想吸收和借鑒了馬克思主義政黨意識(shí)形態(tài)理論的精髓,是中國共產(chǎn)黨對新形勢下意識(shí)形態(tài)發(fā)展規(guī)律的深刻總結(jié)。國際環(huán)境的變化與西方意識(shí)形態(tài)的滲透,國內(nèi)各種社會(huì)思潮的沖擊,黨內(nèi)馬克思主義信仰的缺失,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)進(jìn)步對意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的挑戰(zhàn),這些都對我國主流意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)帶來了威脅。面對我國意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域日益復(fù)雜的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,習(xí)近平明確了新形勢下意識(shí)形態(tài)工作具有極端重要的地位,強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)要堅(jiān)持黨性和人民性的一致、統(tǒng)一,堅(jiān)持意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的“兩個(gè)鞏固”,即鞏固馬克思主義在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位,鞏固全黨各族人民團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗的共同思想基礎(chǔ)。他指出我們要時(shí)刻警惕新形勢下黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)安全遇到的顯性沖擊和潛在危害,同時(shí)及時(shí)作出修正與調(diào)適,創(chuàng)新意識(shí)形態(tài)的教育方式和宣傳方式。習(xí)近平黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)思想蘊(yùn)含的一系列新思想、新理念和新舉措,為新時(shí)期做好意識(shí)形態(tài)工作提供了基本遵循,對加強(qiáng)中國特色社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)工作具有重要意義,它是習(xí)近平治國理政思想體系中的主要內(nèi)容,是執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)基礎(chǔ)上的理論總結(jié),豐富了馬克思主義執(zhí)政黨建設(shè)學(xué)說,是完善中國特色社會(huì)主義以實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興中國夢的思想保證。
[Abstract]:Ideological construction is of great importance to the survival and development of political parties, which can maintain the legitimacy of political parties in power, condense the common will of the public, and establish the rational authority of political parties in power. The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to and has been good at ideological propaganda and ideological construction, which is a valuable experience for the CPC to become the core of leadership and lead the people to win victory, and is also the key for the CPC to maintain its vitality. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has proceeded from the overall situation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has based itself on the profound development and changes of world conditions, national conditions, and party feelings. In the long period of theoretical work and practical exploration, the ideology construction thought with distinctive characteristics and rich connotation has been formed by summing up experience and theoretical innovation. Xi Jinping's thought on Party ideology construction absorbs and draws lessons from the essence of Marxist Party ideology theory, and is a profound summary of the law of ideology development under the new situation by the Communist Party of China. The changes in the international environment and the infiltration of western ideology, the impact of various social trends of thought in China, the lack of Marxist belief within the Party, the challenges posed by the progress of network technology to ideological security, These all brought the threat to our country mainstream ideology construction. In the face of the increasingly complex development situation in the ideological field of our country, Xi Jinping has made clear the extremely important position of ideological work in the new situation, stressing that the socialist ideological construction should adhere to the unity of the Party spirit and the people's character. To adhere to the "two consolidation" in the ideological field, that is, to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, and to consolidate the common ideological basis for the unity and struggle of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups. He pointed out that we should always be alert to the apparent impact and potential harm to the Party's ideological security under the new situation, at the same time, we should timely make amendments and adjustments, and innovate the way of ideological education and propaganda.
