【摘要】：馬克思主義政黨歷來把思想理論建設(shè)作為黨的建設(shè)的首要任務(wù)。黨的思想理論建設(shè)的實質(zhì)就是黨員干部的思想理論建設(shè),就是提高黨員干部的思想理論素質(zhì),其中黨員干部的思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)是其核心。處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國背景下,加強黨員干部的思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)尤為重要。 本文旨在這樣的背景下考察論證現(xiàn)階段黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,由此得出的結(jié)論是：新時期黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),必須予以高度重視；黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)面臨著迫切任務(wù),必須正確應(yīng)對；最后在此基礎(chǔ)上理論和實踐結(jié)合提出提高黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)的基本對策和建議,以期能加強現(xiàn)階段執(zhí)政黨干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè),建設(shè)一支高素質(zhì)的執(zhí)政黨干部隊伍,以此為途徑提高黨建科學(xué)化水平。 綜上所述,本文以辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的角度、見解和方法為出發(fā)點,著重在理論和實踐的結(jié)合上提出了加強黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)的對策和建議,即加強思想理論教育是執(zhí)政黨干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)；引領(lǐng)社會思潮是推進黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)的重要保證；正確的制度導(dǎo)向是執(zhí)政黨干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)的重要支撐；在實踐中鍛煉和培訓(xùn)是黨員干部思想理論素質(zhì)建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The Marx political party has always regarded the ideological and theoretical construction as the primary task of the party's construction. The essence of the party's ideological and theoretical construction is the ideological and theoretical construction of the party members and cadres, which is to improve the ideological and theoretical quality of the party members and cadres, and the ideological and theoretical quality construction of the party members and cadres is the core. It is particularly important to strengthen the ideological and theoretical quality building of Party members and cadres.
This paper aims to examine and demonstrate the present situation and problems of the ideological and theoretical quality of Party members and cadres at the present stage. The conclusion is that the ideological and theoretical quality construction of Party members and cadres in the new period is facing a severe challenge and must be paid great attention to; the ideological and theoretical quality construction of Party members and cadres is faced with urgent tasks and must be faced with urgent tasks.
