【摘要】：1929年至1934年,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨創(chuàng)建中央蘇區(qū),因地制宜地開(kāi)展了卓有成效的群眾工作,尤其是在維系黨群干群關(guān)系方面采取了一系列措施。事實(shí)證明,這一時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨一系列群眾工作是成功的,不但取得了廣大工農(nóng)群眾的擁戴,使蘇區(qū)的黨群干群關(guān)系日益親密,確保蘇區(qū)革命的順利開(kāi)展,還彰顯出中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨得以在蘇區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)局部執(zhí)政的優(yōu)勢(shì),為延安期間進(jìn)一步深入推進(jìn)群眾工作提供了經(jīng)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo),亦大大推進(jìn)了新民主主義革命的勝利。追根溯源,在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究中央蘇區(qū)黨對(duì)群眾路線理論與實(shí)踐的探索,可以從中汲取智慧,為當(dāng)前貫徹、落實(shí)黨的群眾路線提供理論與實(shí)踐指導(dǎo),進(jìn)而推動(dòng)黨的群眾路線由理論研究向?qū)嵺`應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)變。中央蘇區(qū)黨對(duì)群眾路線的初步探索,是在其主客觀需求的歷史背景與長(zhǎng)期積淀的理論基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)的。因而,首先從歷史背景下的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求及總結(jié)以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)的客觀要求兩方面簡(jiǎn)單地闡述歷史背景,同時(shí)試圖從哲學(xué)依據(jù)、文化淵源及直接理論來(lái)源的角度分析理論基礎(chǔ),從而能夠?qū)︖@一時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨探索群眾路線的歷史前提有一個(gè)較為清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)。其次,作為探究重點(diǎn),中央蘇區(qū)黨在探索群眾路線方面取得了豐碩成果,初次明晰闡述“群眾路線”這一觀念的同時(shí),還初步形成了該時(shí)期黨的群眾路線的核心思想內(nèi)容及工作方式,并開(kāi)展了一系列相關(guān)實(shí)踐。因此,通過(guò)收集、整理、剖析有關(guān)價(jià)值史料,可以對(duì)中央蘇區(qū)黨開(kāi)展群眾工作,探索群眾路線時(shí)所采取的具體措施有較為直觀的了解,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行理論總結(jié)。最后,基于中央蘇區(qū)黨對(duì)群眾路線探索的奠基作用,中央蘇區(qū)黨探索群眾路線的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其歷史價(jià)值則是研究的難點(diǎn)。兩方面的論述均立足于中央蘇區(qū)這一歷史節(jié)點(diǎn),尤其是從理論與實(shí)踐兩方面對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)黨探索群眾路線的所具有的歷史價(jià)值作出詳細(xì)分析,是這部分的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,以期對(duì)這一時(shí)期黨的群眾路線取得的成果作出明確的歷史定位。
[Abstract]:From 1929 to 1934, the Communist Party of China established the Central Soviet area and carried out fruitful mass work according to local conditions, especially in maintaining the relations between the cadres and the masses of the Party and the masses. Facts have proved that a series of mass work of the Communist Party of China was successful in this period, which not only won the support of the broad masses of workers and peasants, but also made the relations between the cadres and the masses in the Soviet areas closer and closer, and ensured the smooth development of the revolution in the Soviet areas. It also demonstrates the superiority of the Communist Party of China in realizing partial governance in the Soviet area, which provides experience guidance for further promoting mass work during the period of Yan'an, and greatly promotes the victory of the new democratic revolution. On the basis of existing research, further research on the theory and practice of the mass line by the Central Soviet Party can draw wisdom from it and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the current implementation and implementation of the party's mass line. And then promote the mass line of the party from theoretical research to practical application. The Party's initial exploration of the mass line in the Central Soviet area is based on the historical background of its subjective and objective needs and its long-term accumulation of theories. Therefore, first of all, from the historical background of the realistic needs and the objective requirements of summing up the past experience and lessons, this paper briefly expounds the historical background, and at the same time attempts to analyze the theoretical basis from the perspective of philosophical basis, cultural origin and direct theoretical source. Therefore, we can have a clear understanding of the historical premise of the Communist Party of China to explore the mass line in this period. Secondly, as a focus of inquiry, the CPC in the Central Soviet region has achieved fruitful results in exploring the mass line, while at the same time clarifying the concept of the "mass line" for the first time. It also formed the core ideological content and working method of the Party's mass line, and carried out a series of related practices. Therefore, through collecting, sorting out and analyzing the relevant value historical data, we can have a more intuitive understanding of the concrete measures taken by the CPC in the Central Soviet area to carry out mass work and explore the mass line, and on this basis we can make a theoretical summary. Finally, based on the fundamental role of the CPC in the exploration of the mass line, the basic experience and historical value of the CPC exploring the mass line in the Central Soviet area are the difficulties of the study. Both of them are based on the historical node of the Central Soviet area, especially the detailed analysis of the historical value of the Party's exploration of the mass line at that time, both in theory and in practice, which is the key content of this part. With a view to this period of the party's mass line achievements made a clear historical positioning.
