【摘要】：十八大以來(lái),黨中央把制度治黨、依規(guī)治黨作為全面從嚴(yán)治黨的重要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌謀劃和部署,建立健全黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度,形成了規(guī)范系統(tǒng)的具有鮮明中國(guó)特色的黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度體系,推動(dòng)了黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度建設(shè)取得新發(fā)展。黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度的豐富和發(fā)展,主要表現(xiàn)為黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度的制定規(guī)則的完善,對(duì)黨章的修改和充實(shí),黨內(nèi)思想政治教育制度的豐富,黨的組織制度的健全,黨的作風(fēng)制度的發(fā)展和黨的紀(jì)律檢查體制的改革。全面從嚴(yán)治黨永遠(yuǎn)在路上,制度建設(shè)永無(wú)止境。要堅(jiān)持從細(xì)從嚴(yán)從實(shí)做起,加強(qiáng)黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度建設(shè),不斷開(kāi)創(chuàng)黨內(nèi)法規(guī)制度建設(shè)新局面。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee has taken the system of administering the party and governing the party in accordance with regulations as an important part of the overall and strict administration of the party to make overall plans and arrangements, and to establish and improve the system of laws and regulations within the Party. The system of inner-party laws and regulations with distinctive Chinese characteristics has been formed, and the construction of inner-party laws and regulations has gained new development. The enrichment and development of the inner-party legal system are mainly manifested in the perfection of the inner-party laws and regulations, the revision and enrichment of the Party Constitution, the enrichment of the inner-party ideological and political education system, and the perfection of the Party's organizational system. The development of the Party's style of work and the reform of the Party's discipline inspection system. Comprehensive strict administration of the Party will always be on the road, the system will never end. It is necessary to persist in strengthening the construction of inner-party laws and regulations and constantly create a new situation in the construction of inner-party laws and regulations.
