抗戰(zhàn)時期中國共產(chǎn)黨如何吸引和塑造青年——以安吳青訓(xùn)班為例

【摘要】：安吳青訓(xùn)班是抗戰(zhàn)時期中國共產(chǎn)黨在國統(tǒng)區(qū)創(chuàng)辦的一所戰(zhàn)時青年培訓(xùn)學(xué)校。它以抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的方針政策動員和吸引青年加入學(xué)校,在抗戰(zhàn)的道路上與中國共產(chǎn)黨同向同行。它進(jìn)而又以中國共產(chǎn)黨的先進(jìn)性吸引和塑造青年,使青年與中國共產(chǎn)黨同心同德,共同為建設(shè)新社會而奮斗。在統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線方面,青訓(xùn)班的主要做法是:在指導(dǎo)思想上突出抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線;在課程上堅(jiān)持抗日上前線的方向,突出軍事教育;在政治教育方面宣傳三民主義和統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線,擁護(hù)國民政府的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。在以先進(jìn)性塑造青年方面:與時代強(qiáng)音同譜共振,朝氣蓬勃;作風(fēng)上平等民主,以青年為本;堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),以模范行動引領(lǐng)青年。安吳青訓(xùn)班的經(jīng)驗(yàn)為今天的青年工作提供了重要啟示。
[Abstract]:The Wu Youth training course was a wartime youth training school established by the Communist Party of China in the Kuomintang-controlled area during the War of Resistance against Japan. It mobilized and attracted young people to join the school with the principles and policies of the anti-Japanese national United front, and went along with the Communist Party of China on the road of the War of Resistance against Japan. In turn, it attracts and shapes the youth with the advanced nature of the Communist Party of China, and makes the young people and the Communist Party of China work together to build a new society. With regard to the United front, the main methods of the youth training classes are: to give prominence to the anti-Japanese national United front in guiding ideology; to adhere to the orientation of the front line of resistance against Japan in the curriculum and to give prominence to military education; and to propagate the three people's principles and the United front in political education. Support the leadership of the national government. In the aspect of shaping youth with advanced nature: resonant with the times, vigorous; equal and democratic style, youth-oriented; adhere to the leadership of the party, leading youth with exemplary actions. The experience of an Wu Youth training course provides important inspiration for today's youth work.
