【摘要】：正"兩學(xué)一做"基礎(chǔ)在學(xué),思想建設(shè)是其首要任務(wù)。無論是學(xué)黨章黨規(guī)黨紀(jì),還是學(xué)習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神,都是教育引導(dǎo)黨員自覺按照黨員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范言行、堅(jiān)定理想信念、提高黨性覺悟。2月24日,中央辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于在全體黨員中開展"學(xué)黨章黨規(guī)、學(xué)系列講話,做合格黨員"學(xué)習(xí)教育方案》,對(duì)"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育進(jìn)行安排部署。"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育,是從"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)"向廣大黨員拓展、從集中性教育向經(jīng)常性教育延伸的重要舉措,目的是把黨的思想政治建設(shè)抓在日常、嚴(yán)在經(jīng)常。開展"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育,必須把看齊意識(shí)貫穿到全過程,堅(jiān)決、自覺地,主動(dòng)、經(jīng)常地,全面、具體地向黨中央看齊、向
[Abstract]:The foundation of "two learning and one doing" is in study, and ideological construction is its primary task. Whether it is party constitution, party discipline, or the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, it is to educate and guide party members to consciously act in accordance with party members' standards and norms, to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, and to raise party spirit consciousness. The General Office of the Central Committee has issued and published the "Learning Party Constitution Party regulations, Learning a Series of speeches, and being qualified Party members" to make arrangements for the "two schools and one thing" study education among all party members. " To do "study education" is an important measure to expand from "key minority" to the broad masses of Party members and from centralized education to regular education, with the aim of keeping the party's ideological and political construction in daily life and strict in regular education. In carrying out the study education of "two learning and one doing", we must run through the whole process of the sense of alignment, resolutely, consciously, actively, regularly, comprehensively, concretely and in line with the Party Central Committee.
