【摘要】：非公黨建作為執(zhí)政黨實(shí)施"再組織化"戰(zhàn)略的重要領(lǐng)域,面臨著異質(zhì)組織嵌入的結(jié)構(gòu)性和功能性難題,其動(dòng)力和活力存在不確定性。從組織學(xué)的視域觀察,非公黨組織是一種處于持續(xù)社會(huì)建構(gòu)狀態(tài)的弱組織,需要得到組織"母體"持續(xù)奧援。由此,實(shí)施區(qū)域化黨建策略,解決非公黨建的系統(tǒng)支撐問題,就成為必然選擇。應(yīng)該著眼于強(qiáng)要素整合破解組織組建與嵌入難題,著眼于軟權(quán)力嫁接解決功能發(fā)揮與融合問題,以此最大限度地消解非公黨建的不確定性。
[Abstract]:Non - public party construction , as an important area of the implementation of the strategy of " re - organization " , is confronted with the structural and functional problems embedded by heterogeneous organizations . The power and vitality of the non - public party organization are uncertain . From the view of histology , the non - public party organization is a weak organization in the state of continuing social construction . It is necessary to obtain the " maternal " continuing support of the organization . Therefore , it is an inevitable choice to implement the regional party construction strategy and solve the problem of system support of the non - public party building .
