【摘要】：在以輸氣生產經營為重心的目標下,基層黨建工作認識不足,黨支部重視程度不夠;同時,由于基層黨支部黨員占比小而分散、生產任務重、管理松散、黨組織生活單一等原因,形成了以黨支部書記為導演的自編自唱微舞臺;因此,切合實際發(fā)揮基層黨支部戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用,充分調動一線黨員工作責任心,激發(fā)黨員參與各項組織活動的熱情,引導黨員積極參與責任區(qū)共建、結對子、一幫一、黨員先鋒崗、入黨積極分子發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)、網絡督導員等有效措施,為黨支部恒動力持續(xù)加油、不斷助力,促使戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用堅固而持久。
[Abstract]:Under the goal of taking the production and operation of gas transmission as the focus, the grass-roots Party building work is not well understood, and the Party branches pay less attention to it.
