【摘要】：治國必先治吏。全面深化改革,達(dá)到完善和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義制度、實現(xiàn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo),無疑是一場新的宏大的治國實踐,執(zhí)政者只有意志堅定、吏治清明才能夠肩負(fù)起這個歷史重任。十八大以后,我們黨加大了對干部隊伍的治理力度,以壯士斷腕的決心整頓積弊和問題,"官場新秩序"逐漸形成,必將為我國全面深化改革提供堅實的動力和保障。
[Abstract]:To rule a country must first govern the officials. Deepening the reform in an all-round way, achieving the goal of perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, and realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability is undoubtedly a new and grand practice of governing the country. Only in the Qing Ming Dynasty can the administration of officials shoulder this important historical responsibility. After the 18th CPC Congress, our party has strengthened its efforts to control the contingent of cadres, rectified the old malpractices and problems with the determination of the strong men and women, and gradually formed a "new order of officialdom," which will certainly provide a solid impetus and guarantee for our country to deepen its reform in an all-round way.
