【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來(lái),隨著反腐力度的加大,我國(guó)出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)從嚴(yán)治黨的規(guī)定,以堵住可能導(dǎo)致腐敗的漏洞。在當(dāng)前的新形勢(shì)下,如何加強(qiáng)廉政建設(shè),同時(shí)保持干部隊(duì)伍的基本穩(wěn)定,是我們必須重視的課題。首先,建立有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的公務(wù)員工資制度。根據(jù)筆者所做的持續(xù)跟蹤結(jié)果,在2012年前,中國(guó)公務(wù)員整體的工資水平略
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), with the strengthening of anti-corruption efforts, China has issued a number of strict rules in order to plug the loopholes that may lead to corruption. In the new situation, how to strengthen the construction of a clean government and maintain the basic stability of the cadre team is a subject we must pay attention to. First of all, the establishment of a competitive civil service pay system. According to the author's continuous tracking results, before 2012, the overall wage level of Chinese civil servants was slightly lower.
