【摘要】：提升腐敗懲治力度對(duì)于我國(guó)當(dāng)前遏制腐敗蔓延具有重要意義。但是從近年來(lái)的反腐倡廉實(shí)踐來(lái)看,我國(guó)卻出現(xiàn)了與遏制腐敗蔓延勢(shì)頭南轅北轍的腐敗懲治力度下降趨勢(shì)、腐敗案件刑事轉(zhuǎn)化偏低。為了堅(jiān)決遏制腐敗和為提升腐敗懲治力度提供堅(jiān)實(shí)保障,我國(guó)亟待推進(jìn)反腐敗機(jī)構(gòu)改革、反腐敗職業(yè)化專業(yè)化建設(shè)、反腐敗法律改革。
[Abstract]:Improving the punishment of corruption is of great significance to curb the spread of corruption. But from the practice of fighting corruption and advocating clean government in recent years, there is a downward trend of corruption punishment and criminal transformation of corruption cases in our country, which is different from curbing the spreading trend of corruption, and the criminal transformation of corruption cases is on the low side. In order to resolutely curb corruption and provide a solid guarantee for enhancing the punishment of corruption, China urgently needs to promote the reform of anti-corruption institutions, the professionalization of anti-corruption and the reform of anti-corruption laws.
