[Abstract]:As the pinnacle of the feudal society in China, the Song Dynasty had a profound practice in recommending and appointing officials, especially the responsibility system for the appointment of officials, which played an important role in the reform of the cadre and personnel system of our country today. First, the stipulation on the qualifications of recommendation in the responsibility system of official appointment in Song Dynasty is of great significance to the transparency of the initial nomination right of cadres. Initial nomination is the primary link in the selection and appointment of cadres, which directly affects and plays a role in other aspects.
