【摘要】：正習(xí)近平總書記強調(diào),黨的高級干部要注重提高政治能力,加強政治歷練,積累政治經(jīng)驗,使自己的政治能力與擔(dān)任的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職責(zé)相匹配。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部作為黨執(zhí)政治國的"關(guān)鍵少數(shù)",必須帶頭加強政治能力訓(xùn)練,自覺堅定政治信念,把準政治方向,站穩(wěn)政治立場,嚴守政治紀律,真正把旗幟鮮明講政治植根心底、見諸行動、落在日常。政治能力源自于堅定的理想信念,必須在增強"四個意識"中持續(xù)提升。理想信念是共產(chǎn)黨人的根和魂,是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部政治能力的基礎(chǔ)支撐,沒有理想信念,就談
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that senior party cadres should pay attention to improving their political ability, strengthening their political experience, accumulating political experience, and matching their political ability with their leadership duties.
