【摘要】：團干部提高群眾工作能力是增強企業(yè)共青團政治性的客觀需要,是增強企業(yè)共青團先進性的必然要求,是增強企業(yè)共青團群眾性的基本前提,是推進企業(yè)共青團改革的有力保障。為解決團干部群眾工作能力建設方面存在的突出問題,筆者認為應:加強理論文化修養(yǎng),在企業(yè)共青團應對新形勢新任務的全面挑戰(zhàn)中增強學習和思考能力;加強實踐鍛煉,在服務企業(yè)黨政中心工作的具體實踐中增強服務員工群眾的意識和能力;堅持與時俱進,在拓展企業(yè)共青團生存發(fā)展空間的探索實踐中增強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)效能力;聚焦載體建設,在整合各類資源的過程中提升團干部群眾工作能力。
[Abstract]:It is an objective need to enhance the political nature of the Communist Youth League, an inevitable requirement to enhance the advanced nature of the Communist Youth League, and a basic prerequisite to enhance the mass character of the Communist Youth League. In order to solve the outstanding problems in the construction of cadres' and masses' work ability, the author thinks that we should strengthen theoretical and cultural accomplishment, strengthen the learning and thinking ability of the Communist Youth League in response to the challenges of the new situation and new tasks, and strengthen the practical exercise.
