【摘要】：文化問題是學(xué)術(shù)界長(zhǎng)期關(guān)注和研究的對(duì)象,文化自覺問題是文化研究的一個(gè)點(diǎn),它是關(guān)于實(shí)踐主體對(duì)文化活動(dòng)及其結(jié)果的感知和覺悟,是實(shí)踐主體對(duì)文化規(guī)律的科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)和把握,它以實(shí)踐主體對(duì)文化的認(rèn)識(shí)活動(dòng)及其結(jié)果為對(duì)象,考察文化發(fā)展進(jìn)步的歷史進(jìn)程和特定民族文化的特殊規(guī)律。就“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺”這一問題而言,它至少涉及到文化、文化自覺、政黨與文化、中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨與文化等幾個(gè)基本和關(guān)鍵的問題。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是一個(gè)在20世紀(jì)中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代文化轉(zhuǎn)型和文化變遷背景下誕生的無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命政黨,還是一個(gè)在其90多年革命、建設(shè)和改革歷程中始終高度重視文化建設(shè),始終關(guān)注探索文化在中國(guó)特色革命進(jìn)程和中國(guó)特色建設(shè)及發(fā)展進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮何種作用以及怎樣發(fā)揮作用的先進(jìn)政黨。因此,可以說,在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨身上煥發(fā)著鮮明的對(duì)于“文化”的覺醒和覺悟。那么,“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺”問題便是成立的,是值得系統(tǒng)研究和深入探索的。本論文嘗試從文化自覺的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)、馬克思主義政黨的文化自覺、中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的維度和本質(zhì)、依據(jù)基礎(chǔ)、成果梳理和提升途徑等方面探討中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺問題,以期系統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)和把握中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的文化性格、文化品質(zhì)及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)規(guī)律等。第一,文化自覺與馬克思主義政黨文化自覺,這是研究中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺問題的首要問題�！拔幕杂X”無論是作為一種理念,還是作為一個(gè)學(xué)理性命題,無疑都是在思考人對(duì)文化的感悟和態(tài)度、對(duì)文化的比較和反思,直至對(duì)文化的批判和創(chuàng)新問題,都是對(duì)文化本質(zhì)的追問和對(duì)文化價(jià)值的發(fā)掘。因此,回答“文化”、“自覺”和“文化自覺”的概念內(nèi)涵,是研究“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的文化自覺”問題的前提和基礎(chǔ)。20世紀(jì)以來,在世界政黨發(fā)展史中誕生了一批馬克思主義政黨,這些政黨描繪了世界社會(huì)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展軌跡�；仡櫋⒖疾旌捅容^這些馬克思主義政黨是否具備文化自覺意識(shí)、實(shí)現(xiàn)文化自覺的程度、它們的文化自覺對(duì)其自身發(fā)展或執(zhí)政帶來那些影響等,是研究中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺問題的必要組成部分。第二,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的維度和本質(zhì)。一個(gè)執(zhí)政黨的文化自覺,必然是在執(zhí)政黨所處文化背景當(dāng)中,在一定的文化基礎(chǔ)上,按照一定的文化生成機(jī)理逐步形成和發(fā)展的結(jié)果。因此,弄清楚中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的主要維度和本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵,是研究中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺問題的核心和關(guān)鍵。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺主要包括兩個(gè)維度：對(duì)政黨自身文化的自覺,對(duì)國(guó)家文化建設(shè)的自覺。一是它非常注重運(yùn)用文化“引領(lǐng)前進(jìn)方向、凝聚奮斗力量、推動(dòng)事業(yè)發(fā)展”,形成了特點(diǎn)鮮明的政黨文化、黨史文化和執(zhí)政文化,在中國(guó)政治生活和社會(huì)生活中發(fā)揮巨大的影響力和引領(lǐng)作用。二是它對(duì)國(guó)家文化建設(shè)自覺的核心使命和任務(wù)是推動(dòng)和實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)文化現(xiàn)代化。因此,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的本質(zhì)內(nèi)涵是文化角色定位的主體自覺、文化生態(tài)營(yíng)造的時(shí)空自覺、文化選擇探索的行動(dòng)自覺和文化傳承創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展自覺。第三,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的依據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的理論依據(jù)、歷史依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),是研究中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺不可或缺的范疇。一是從理論依據(jù)而言,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的理論基點(diǎn)是：以唯物史觀為理論指導(dǎo),高度重視文化在社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的地位和在社會(huì)發(fā)展中的作用；正確處理經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與文化發(fā)展之間的張力,自覺探求社會(huì)歷史發(fā)展的內(nèi)在文化進(jìn)步機(jī)制。在一定的理論基點(diǎn)上,這個(gè)問題還應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)入文化哲學(xué)視野。二是從歷史依據(jù)而言,馬克思主義中國(guó)化的偉大歷史進(jìn)程和豐碩成果是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的根本歷史依據(jù)。馬克思主義中國(guó)化本身就是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的充分證明和集中體現(xiàn)。三是從現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)而言,當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化浪潮深刻地影響著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)面貌的變化發(fā)展,而且還引起了世界范圍內(nèi)思想文化的激蕩與碰撞。所以全球化之下國(guó)家間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的關(guān)鍵因素是文化力量,中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的更高水準(zhǔn)在文化繁榮。第四,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的成果梳理。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自誕生起就高度重視文化建設(shè)和文化進(jìn)步,取得了很多寶貴的成果。這些成果是考察其文化自覺問題不可或缺的支撐。一是從中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的思想軌跡上看,幾代中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人先后提出了建立“民族的科學(xué)的大眾的”中華民族新文化、建設(shè)高度的“社會(huì)主義精神文明”、始終代表中國(guó)先進(jìn)文化的前進(jìn)方向、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)等符合時(shí)代發(fā)展要求、中國(guó)發(fā)展實(shí)際和人民群眾精神文化需求的文化建設(shè)思想,是一筆寶貴的思想財(cái)富。二是從中國(guó)化馬克思主義文化理論建構(gòu)上看,在每一個(gè)馬克思主義中國(guó)化理論成果中,都包含著中國(guó)化馬克思主義文化理論,目前包括毛澤東文化思想及文化理論、中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義文化建設(shè)理論。三是必須承認(rèn)在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化建設(shè)的歷史上,也曾經(jīng)歷過曲折并留下不少教訓(xùn)。這種曲折和教訓(xùn),從一個(gè)側(cè)面反映出文化自覺作為一個(gè)歷史過程,并不是簡(jiǎn)單的線性運(yùn)動(dòng)過程,而是一種螺旋式上升過程。因此,有必要闡述中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化建設(shè)和文化思想發(fā)展經(jīng)歷的曲折過程和沉重教訓(xùn),這也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨不斷增強(qiáng)文化自覺意識(shí)的一筆寶貴財(cái)富。第五,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺的提升途徑。一是把握文化自覺規(guī)律。研判一個(gè)民族或一個(gè)政黨是否具有高度的文化自覺,離不開考察其對(duì)文化自覺規(guī)律把握和遵循的程度。對(duì)于中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨而言,文化發(fā)展的階段性要求找準(zhǔn)文化發(fā)展目標(biāo)；文化構(gòu)成的多樣性要求文化包容強(qiáng)化主導(dǎo)；文化建設(shè)的長(zhǎng)期性要求持續(xù)積淀重在建設(shè)。二是增強(qiáng)文化自覺程度。盡管文化自覺并不是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的線性運(yùn)動(dòng),但是它在總體趨勢(shì)上呈現(xiàn)為程度的日益深化。當(dāng)然,這需要文化主體發(fā)揮主觀能動(dòng)性予以推動(dòng)。對(duì)于中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨而言,增強(qiáng)文化自覺程度的著力點(diǎn)和正確途徑主要集中在三個(gè)方面,即堅(jiān)持馬克思主義文化觀的指導(dǎo)意義、批判繼承中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的合理基因、始終代表中國(guó)先進(jìn)文化的前進(jìn)方向。三是破解文化自覺瓶頸。文化自覺瓶頸是指作為文化主體的人在文化本質(zhì)、文化態(tài)度、文化發(fā)展思路、文化建設(shè)途徑等方面自我覺悟和覺醒的關(guān)鍵性限制因素,若不能突破這種因素就勢(shì)必會(huì)影響人對(duì)文化自覺規(guī)律的把握、對(duì)文化自覺程度的增強(qiáng),甚至導(dǎo)致人對(duì)文化自覺問題產(chǎn)生曲解。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的文化自覺也存在瓶頸問題,正視瓶頸,是為了始終保持高度的文化自覺。應(yīng)當(dāng)注重解決好三個(gè)問題,即推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)新需要以中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義新型文明為主題、以中華文化認(rèn)同為核心厘清文化認(rèn)同與政權(quán)的關(guān)系、走科學(xué)發(fā)展之路推進(jìn)文化繁榮與科技進(jìn)步和市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的同步前進(jìn)。綜上所述,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨文化自覺是一個(gè)具有深刻理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的問題,它從文化層面和文化高度影響中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)發(fā)展,影響中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨增強(qiáng)執(zhí)政能力、鞏固執(zhí)政地位、完成執(zhí)政使命。
