【摘要】：厲行節(jié)約思想是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的重要組成部分,在資源極度匱乏的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,采取徹底的節(jié)約措施是維持革命戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)持續(xù)發(fā)展、鞏固并發(fā)展根據(jù)地社會(huì)的必然舉措。認(rèn)真總結(jié)延安時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行節(jié)約思想,對(duì)于加深黨的執(zhí)政規(guī)律認(rèn)識(shí),營(yíng)造良好的黨風(fēng)政風(fēng)具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。研究延安時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行節(jié)約思想,首先要介紹其生成的條件。在思想淵源來(lái)看,中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中的節(jié)約思想作為優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,深刻塑造了中國(guó)人的靈魂和思想;馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的節(jié)約思想,保障了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨節(jié)約思想的馬克思主義性質(zhì);黨在南方蘇維埃時(shí)期的節(jié)約思想是直接理論來(lái)源,是黨的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)。在實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)來(lái)看,應(yīng)對(duì)根據(jù)地內(nèi)困難的財(cái)政經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),適應(yīng)嚴(yán)峻的政治形勢(shì)是外部條件,而保持黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性是內(nèi)部條件。其次分析總結(jié)延安時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行節(jié)約思想的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)是本文的最重要部分,它的內(nèi)容包括五個(gè)部分,即實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約同民主監(jiān)督的有機(jī)結(jié)合、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約同制度建設(shè)的有機(jī)結(jié)合、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約同經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的有機(jī)結(jié)合、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約同精兵簡(jiǎn)政的有機(jī)結(jié)合、實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約同黨風(fēng)建設(shè)的有機(jī)結(jié)合�？偨Y(jié)歸納延安時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行節(jié)約思想的特點(diǎn)包括重視新聞宣傳、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部發(fā)揮模范作用、制度健全,落實(shí)有力、強(qiáng)化思想政治教育、踐行群眾路線(xiàn)等特點(diǎn)。最后探討厲行節(jié)約思想的價(jià)值,延安時(shí)期中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨厲行節(jié)約思想無(wú)論對(duì)歷史還是當(dāng)今都具備重要的價(jià)值,在戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)年代它維持了黨政機(jī)關(guān)的正常運(yùn)行、形成了了良好的社會(huì)風(fēng)氣、鞏固了黨的局部執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)。在現(xiàn)在全面建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)和生態(tài)文明的大背景下,對(duì)其進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代語(yǔ)境下的轉(zhuǎn)化,保持其核心精神,則有利于形成正確的消費(fèi)觀(guān)念,有利于生態(tài)文明建設(shè)、有利于黨風(fēng)清正廉潔。
[Abstract]:The idea of strict economy is an important part of the economic thought of the Communist Party of China. Under the extremely scarce war environment, it is an inevitable measure to maintain the sustained development of the revolutionary war and to consolidate and develop the society in the base area. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to deepen the understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China and to create a good style of Party style of government by conscientiously summing up the thoughts of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. To study the Communist Party of China's austerity in Yan'an period, it is necessary to introduce the conditions of its formation. From the perspective of ideological origin, as an important part of excellent traditional culture, the thought of saving in Chinese traditional culture has deeply shaped the soul and thought of the Chinese people. It guarantees the Marxist nature of the saving thought of the Communist Party of China, and the thrift thought of the Party in the Southern Soviet period is the direct theoretical source and the summary of the Party's historical experience. On the basis of practice, it is the external condition to deal with the difficult financial and economic situation in the base area and to adapt to the severe political situation, while the internal condition is to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Party. Secondly, it is the most important part of this paper to analyze and summarize the content and characteristics of the thought of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period, which includes five parts, that is, realizing the organic combination of economy and democratic supervision. To realize the organic combination of economy and system construction, to realize the organic combination of economy and economic development, to realize the organic combination of economy with good military and simple administration, and to realize the organic combination of economy and party work style construction. The characteristics of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period include attaching importance to news propaganda, leading cadres to play an exemplary role, perfecting the system, carrying out strong ideological and political education, and practicing the mass line, and so on, summing up and summing up the characteristics of the Communist Party of China in Yan'an period. Finally, it discusses the value of the idea of strict austerity. During the Yan'an period, the Communist Party of China had an important value both in history and today. It maintained the normal operation of the party and government organs during the war. Has formed the good social atmosphere, consolidated the party's partial ruling foundation. Under the background of building a conservation-oriented society and ecological civilization in an all-round way now, to transform it in the modern context and to maintain its core spirit is conducive to the formation of a correct consumption concept and to the construction of ecological civilization. It is good for the Party to be clean and clean.
