【摘要】：正2016年2月28日,中共中央辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于在全體黨員中開展"學(xué)黨章黨規(guī)、學(xué)系列講話,做合格黨員"學(xué)習(xí)教育方案》。開展"兩學(xué)一做"學(xué)習(xí)教育是深化黨內(nèi)教育的一次重要實踐,是加強黨的思想政治建設(shè)的一項重要舉措,對推動全面從嚴(yán)治黨管黨、始終保持黨的先進(jìn)性和純潔性具有重大意義。一、"兩學(xué)一做"是深化黨內(nèi)教育的一次重要實踐1、在形式上向經(jīng)常性教育的轉(zhuǎn)變。某段時間內(nèi)在黨內(nèi)開展集中教育活動,解決黨內(nèi)存在的突出問題,是中國共產(chǎn)黨自覺適應(yīng)形勢和任務(wù)的變化,加強
